I have a few problems due to this being my first run at a magento site.

When I inject the code you provided above for the small slider and info part at the top of the WOMANS section I do get it formatted correctly but I am unable to get the slides to display. I have flushed the cache – all of them and I can see the slides when I am in the Modify Catagorys section where you put the code in, if I swap over to WYSIWYG to check it. Di I have to actually create the slider on top of putting the code in? I feel dumb asking because I’m sure the answer is yes but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create another flex slider on top of the main pages slider – there is no button or link that says ‘create new slider’???? Also when I changed the banners tight text the icons dissappeared and I can’t find how to reinstate them or change them? Thanks Jim

Yes, of course. Our website is mobile friendly. It was carefully tested on mobile devices. But frankly speaking i see such utility for the first time. We will analize it and make necessary updates. Btw, i have checked the websites of our competitors – they also don’t pass this test :) I’m assuming this is quite new test – if we don’t know about it. In any case, thank you for your notice.

This can really make my purchase decision.

I want to buy it for my photography store, so I have photos which are in landscape, portrait and panoramic. Is there a way around dedicating rows separately for them? e.g. row having landscape photos will them ONLY, similarly for other types.

Lastly, I’ll like to add a one page fire checkout, is there an integration issue?

My coworker purchased this theme under another account but per ticket #74703, I am greatly looking forward to the next update. Configurable products are the basis for our store functionality and as of now prices are not showing properly across the cart, nor updating on configurable product pages when the simple product is selected from the dropdown – as there is no configurable.phtml in this theme. In addition, on the shopping cart page no matter which simple product has been added to cart it is still reflecting the configurable price.

Greatly looking forward to the next update, is there an ETA on when next week this will be made available? This will be a hang-up for us in launching our cart sooner, as it was one of the issues we approached your team with for custom development with, were turned down, and now are searching for another developer.

I have gone to the extent of starting from a clean install and the problem is still there upon switching to this theme, so I’m not sure what the problem is other than “configurable.phtml” does not exist within the install files… so I don’t know how to go about remedying the issue on my own.

I have sent a response again to the ticket with screenshots for your developer of the exact issue that is presenting.

Yikes, pretty disappointed… still no response. I was told in this ticket that there would be a Buyshop update to fix the Configurable products issue this week – but now I see your developer is on vacation 2 weeks? Bad oversight on your team’s part. Disappointed on this.

The problem comes from app/design/frontend/default/buyshop/template/catalogsearch/form.mini.phtml, I delete it and now can see the content of the page…

First of all amazing theme one of the best i came across on theme forest. But of course everyone has his own criteria and according to mine this theme ROCKS !!!

For me is very important that the theme works at under IE 8 and 9. I tested this demo under IE 9 (v.9.0.8112) and a some things did not work expected (product pictures overlays – quick view, ajax search, buttons are kind of broken). You say in your the description that the theme is IE8, IE9 compatible but but according to my tests this is not very true Do you have another demo where i can test your theme ?

Thank you. I have rechecked the theme on my IE 8.06.7600.16385 It seems to be ok. Of course some CSS3 effects and features aren’t working but in general the layout isn’t broken. This is caused by old browser which can’t support all modern technologies. According to our statisticks only 4% of users who are using IE8+IE9. We haven’t another demo for test.

I am not talking about the css3 effects under IE8 i am talking that some of the features of the theme do not work under IE 9 and i don’t know who your statistician is but he need to go back to school !.. or did you mean IE6 ? Actually what you’re saying is that is the theme that you get and it is ok under IE8 is that correct ?

I still think the theme is amazing unfortunately if it doesn’t work in IE9 for me is a stop sign and reluctantly i have to consider another possibilities …

I think this article was sponsored by IE :) I don’t consider such articles to be the truth. I beleive my google analytics account and it is saying that only 9% are using IE. And only 1,5% IE8 and 2,5% IE9. In any case we will check above mentioned issues in IE9 on Monday.

We include “icon_fonts” folder for demo. You can view all available icons in “icon_fonts/demo.html”.

To add icon to your code use <i class="icon-youtube" />, where icon-youtube is icon name.

The last release contains some errors to fix. Please provide fixed release asap. I will not open any ticket on your support center. I suggest you to install your theme using clean magento installation.

Thanks for your suggestion. It is such a shame that i opened Two Tickets with Evanto, its been 7 days now and no response.

I can’t open ticket with etheme as i can’t see license number in my download folder.

I did pay for BuyShop, I have uploaded that on kkhosiery.com , i received email that updates are available but can’t see that update in my ‘Download folder’.

We don’t process payments that is why we can’t check your payment receipt. There are a lot of scammers that download our theme from FREE resources and after that request updates and support. The only way to prevent this issue – to use Item purchase Code. Hope for understanding. There is no update in “Download ” section. There is updated source package with all the files. You will find necessary instructions for the update in the new source package.

It is absolutely disgusting that we are waiting for a query reply from last 10 days, I opened support ticket twice with evanto and this is third time.

I also contacted ‘BuyShop’ Magento Template author and they replied they cant entertain my problem as i don’t have ‘PURCHASE’ Tag.

I bought this ‘BuyShop’ Magento template on 5th of July,2013 ( Purchase Receipt Attached ) . You must also have purchase record against ‘farrukh37’ forest theme account.

I want updated version of this theme ( v1.6 ) in my downloads or in email. If Evanto or Etheme believes i am scammer and i haven’t purchased this theme please let me know, So that i take legal ‘transaction back’ action using my bank/paypal , as money is been transferred from my account to Evanto account.

It is very unfortunate to experience such low level of customer support and service.
