Hi. Is there anyway you can put the portfolio items in a preferred order?

Thanks Julie

Hi there,

I am sorry but the theme is small and not rich with a lot of options, we have only two types when viewing the portfolio item, the one below and the other one redirecting you to the single page.

Kind Regards,
Art

The single page would be great but when I choose that option it always says page not found. Any ideas?

Hi Julie,

It seems strange, can you e-mail us your login details so we can check what the problem may be.

To send us email use this link. Please note that we usually do not respond to emails that request support, because here is our primary support forum. We use contact form just for sending sensitive information.

Great theme, I purchased it for my new site. But I would like to know if it is possible to remove the hearts on the portfolio.

Hi Lepontrouge, can you please post with the account you bought the theme, this way we can verify that you’re a real customer as we do not offer support to users who doesn’t have “Purchased” badge.

“Amazing super quick customer support that gave me the code to do what I wanted to customize the site. Fantastic!”

Calcium received a 5 star rating from juliegldc for Customer Support.

Are you using Kalium too? Don’t forget to rate it!.

Hello. I have a question. In portfolio section i want put ‘item images’ as a ‘gif’ file that has a moving animation. But it shows a moving gif image as a stopped image. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Thanks for your kind answer. By the way, when can I got reply about GIF problems on portfolio pages? :)

Hi there,

We are sorry for the late reply, usually we don’t give support on weekend and regarding your question to the GIF images, I am sorry but the theme does not support GIFs so when uploading as a GIF it will come out as a static image.

Kind Regards,
Art

I have changed the fonts using the ‘Styling Options’ section of the Appearance page, however the changes are not reflected on the published page? Can someone please help?

Hi MintedInteriors,

Can you please send us your WP credentials on email and we will check what is the problem?

To send us email use this link and please write us your request again, because we receive a lot of emails on daily basis and we unfortunately can’t remember all customers requests.

Images in the Media library look great but become pixelated when added to the blog. Even though the images were uploaded at 1000px width, in the blog they’re shrunk to 300px width but scaled to 788px width (per “view image info), which is probably causing the problem. But why and how to fix it?

Hi hardpressedjess,

This question is related to theme developer and I am unable to give you any solution about this because I am not backend developer.

Our theme developer Arlind or Art can help you with this, but they took the vacation and they will be back on 24 August.

When they come back, just reply to this thread and you will make sure Arlind or Art will see your comment.

Hope for your understanding :)

Kind Regards,
—Ylli

Hi, just wanted to follow up on the issues I’m having with Calcium—in the last post, Ylli said I should post again for assistance on the issues listed above from Arlind or Art. Thanks :)
