Hey, after installing the theme, my login/register function doesn’t work at all. I wanted to write to support, but to do that I need a registration. And to register, I need purchase code. So I have three problems:

1. There is no purchase key where it should be – downloads – there is no “license certificate” link at all!

2. I can’t register, therefore can’t write to support.

3. I can’t fix the problem with login/registration in my site.

Can you please, at least help me with the first one?

Hi,

when you click on the download button there will be two links, one to download the file and one to download the license. Inside the license txt file there will be something called Item Purchase Code. Also just to say it, this is Themeforest’s business (the license) so I have no choice on where it is. For other stuff we will discuss on either the forums or in tickets.

you can either remove that in the description field in the Appearance -> Menu where you have menu items or you can add this at the end of style.css:

.menu-description-pmc {display:none;}

Feel Ripped Off, Installed this theme, and man nothing seems to work, I cant put a support ticket in because for some reason there is no purchase number on my profile and i can not create a support account.

I turn OFF responsive and make changes in the themes options and NOTHING happens to the front end, no color changes, etc. only thing that seems to work is the logo change.

im having a horrible experience with this with a tight deadline.

Hi, I purchased this theme a few weeks ago. So far, I’m pleased, but I can’t finish my work because I can’t make it bilingual. I need my public pages to be in two languages – Bulgarian and English. How do I make it bilingual. I saw that the demo has that option. But when I installed it on my server, this option never showed.

Love the theme and it looks good for my website (www.elitedivewatches.com). wanted to ask a few questions.

1. How do you set it up so that when you click on “shop” on the main nave bar that you have the option of shopping using the “Full With Bar” and “With Slider” like the demo. I just can’t seem to get it to work.

2. Also how do you set it up so the bottom footer is like you demo? I can only get the Social Share icons on the bottom.

3. Do you have any place in the bottom, where you can select to allow you to capture email for newsletter, ect?

4. How can I add a few more share buttons to the product page. Currently I only have Facebook, would like to add Pintrest.

5. When you click the basic shop (full width), on the demo, you are able to get three product search boxes. how do you get those?

6. Does search by price only work for physical products? I can’t get it to work with any of the affiliate products that I have uploaded to the site. also can’t get the price sliding bar to work with only affiliate products.

7. Can you create sub-categories? Example is if you select camera lenses, can yo then list them by brand?

8. Is there a plugin I can add for up sells? If A customer buys something, and I want to sell them an additional item at checkout.

the problem is still there! :/ and The version of “Camy” is still 1.3!!!

I actually work with the version of wordpress 3.6 and version 2.0.13 WooCommerce! The version of the theme “Camy” that is installed is version 1.3. When I disables plugins “WooCommerce” and “WPML” the website is working again and when I active the problems start again!

The problems are: Slow, continuous loading, and the menus do not work!

An update of your theme “Camy” to 1.4 it would solve the problems encountered?

My clients are clueless :/

I’ve disabled all the plugins and everything works, but from the moment I active, it does not work! All the problems came from the instant updating wordpress to 3.6 was made! I find that updating the theme of 1.3 to 1.4 has not been done on the site! But I’m persuiadé that would solve many problems! Indeed, in the presentation of your theme, you talked about your update 1.4 which has been adapted to version 3.6 of Wordpress …

You should know that Safari and Firefox with the current configuration, the site runs properly faith 1 of 2! But on Chrome, it does not turn at all!

The launch is scheduled for ECcommerce in 4 days!

That would be really nice to fix the problem before.

Extremely cumbersome to edit this theme… the options/settings panel is virtually useless! Besides, even the slightest mods require multiple force reloads of the web page in order to see any results.

Getting into the CSS code won’t help much either, as many attributes there don’t follow a intuitive logic, they are hard to find or simply don’t exist!

I’ll try one more day to mess with it then ask for my money back!

What a waste… it could’ve been one of the nicer themes outhere!

Yep, it is my opinion and I’m sticking to it… and it reflects the conclusions of someone with some years in web development!

One of our customers really liked this template and insisted for us to use it on their website, going against our advice, so we’re stuck with it and trying to make the best out of the situation.

Under these circumstances I guess the ‘refound’ is out of the question for now, but we appreciate the offer!
