just bought this – none of the image upload features appear to work – you click the upload and a blank lightbox appears but doesn’t give me an option to select an image?

also is there a way to turn off the countdown and the on the campaign trail at the bottom am not seeing an option for that?

UPDATE – just saw how to do this in your support site – it would be much simpler not having to hack the code to disable these option and just have a simple toggle to disable/enable these features in your admin options….

overall initial thoughts is that the theme looks nice but the lack of options to turn features on and off are severely limiting which could be easily addressed with more admin options, additionally its neither responsive which would have been nice too….

i will reserve rating this till your next update is ready…

I entered a ticket regarding columns on the FAQ page and it disappeared after being unassigned to anyone for 2 weeks. What happened?

Tickets are automatically closed after two weeks of inactivity, but we never had ticket disappearance. I will check what can be wrong with guys from support.

But, not to loose more time during database check: can you please raise another ticket with your question? Sorry for this.

BTW, FAQ page doesn’t have columns, I am not sure what are you talking about?

One of my FAQ answers has a long list of people and their contact information. I was hoping to display this several columns instead of one long list. When I format it, the answer shows up in it’s own URL just fine, but all the text is smashed together when I try to view it under the FAQ dropdown.

ok, can you please post exact code that you are trying to show in columns on our site? I presume that one of block level elements (p for instance) is spreading in 100% and you want to make it 25% or so.

After reading some of the comments, seems like getting help is a bit tough. So, I decided to have a “landing page” until I can get the site ready. I followed the instruction you provided (from another post), and I can’t get my landing page to look like this:http://www.themeblossom.com/candidate/landing-page/

Mine looks like a regular page. How do I get a landing page like the one you have please. Below is the instruction I followed:

“Create your landing page (i.e. ’Landing page’), choose ’Landing Page’ for this page template.

Then go to your admin area and set your landing page to be your static front-end page:

Admin -> Settings -> Reading”

It has been six days and my ticket has not been answered. I take it it is because because I posted it on the, so confusedly, wrong site, one of your site? I noticed someone opened a ticket on the “wrong site” a day ago, please have pity on him and direct him to the right site so that he will not wait for or over 6 days for a reply.

I need to upload this theme to my host server to test and prepare for final upload to my customer’s host server. Can I do that under the terms of use for this theme? I want to work out all the kinks before I take this them to a live website and cover up an existing website.

I have gone to the The Blossom help site, but there is no way to register as a new customer so I can’t ask questions. I don’t have time to go on a wild goose chase. Now that I have installed the them I am having some serious issues that need to be addressed immediately. So anything you can do to tell me how to register with this help desk would be greatly appreciated.

I am so disappointed with this theme. Up front part of the marketing was that this website was well documented. Well, where is the documentation. I can’t find anything anywhere that show me, in detail, how to use this theme. Not only that, I can’t get any decent help from the support system. Unless I get some decent customer service I am going to find another solution and ask for my money back. This is bogus.

Documentation is in the most common place: in folder entitled ‘documentation’.

In ‘Help desk guidelines & policies’ (page that you obviously didn’t bother to read) is section ‘Support schedule’ which says:

“We handle the support questions every day from Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm CET. We will normally answer in between 2 – 6 days. Please note we do not work on weekends.”

Please be patient, you are not the only one with questions or help requests and all customers have exactly the same priority.

I found the documentation folder previously, but I was looking for some kind of Read Me file. I didn’t expect the index.html file to be the actual documentation. I have reviewed the documentation for the problems I am having but the text is very vague and not very helpful. If I don’t get any help in the next 48 hours and I can’t figure out how to do it by myself I will be getting my money back and find a different way. If I made my customers wait 6 business days to get help I would go out of business. This is shameful!!

I really don’t want to argue with you what is shameful and what it isn’t. And, yes, you would go out of business if you made your customer waiting 6 business days, but there is one huge difference: you have only few clients during month, while we sometimes have 10+ new customers per day, so you do the math. BTW, we are not obligated to provide support and you can check it in Theme Forest’s terms and conditions, and yet we are doing it, and most of our customers are more than satisfied.

I just checked with my support team and it seems that you made some mistakes during permalink settings which made “bugs” you are reporting though those bugs are not caused by our theme.

Things that you’ve accented as huge problems and their solutions are in knowledgebase of our site, but never mind…

Anyway, we will continue to provide support in announced support schedule, but please use our support site, don’t send us any more emails.

Whatever. The customer service I have received has been less than what I think is equitable. The theme is buggy and too constrictive. I WANT A FULL REFUND TODAY! As soon as I have my money fully refunded I will remove the theme from my development area and my computer. I can’t get into the ThemeBlossom support site because the password reset for the support is also broken. I will never buy anything from ThemeForest or ThemeBlossom every again. JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL BE ON MY WAY!!

actual version is not tested with 3.8.2, but update (which will be live soon hopefully) is. Update is also translation ready (po/mo)
