I have uploaded a few PNG files that should be transparent, but are not, the files check out OK, but do not show as transparent? any ideas, I would add a ticket but it states that I have reached the max for open tickets!

Most probably you are using “layered” PNGs. Try to “save for web” option in PhotoShop to flatten them

What size are the featured Images meant to be?
Featured images are being created automatically. You do NOT need to preprocess them in image editor
The problem is that it is a Logo and the logo is being cropped, I have even tried making it bigger using Photoshop but keeping the logo the same size so as there is more space around the logo, but I still get the same effect!

I assume that is PNG image, right? If I understood you correctly, there’s an issue in your color reproduction settings on a mac: wrong display/color profile is selected. Try to change it via “System Preferences > Displays”; switch to “Color” tab and choose standard profile (most likely it is called “display” or name of your display).
i try whith jpec image but my problem is not the color is display , in pc no pb is ok but in mac my image “shift” can you help me? i hope clear if you whent i give you my url? tks

Hi there! I really love your theme. BUt when I open the demo site in IE8 none of the albums or single photos are displayed. They just don’t show up. There’s no problem with the IE 9 or firefox. But I need it to run on IE8 (firm network). Are you aware of that issue? I don’t know if IE8 is blocking a script or something like that?! I checked the internet settings and for me everything seems fine

This issue can be reproduced only on pages with big amount of image: old ie cannot handle that much “complete” events, I assume:) We’ll release an update to address this issue in couple of days
Thanks for the feedback! My coder told me that it may be a JSON/AJAX problem. IE8 cannot handle the query when images are loaded with these scripts the theme uses I guess. Please let me know if the next version of your theme will fix that problem. I really love your theme and it would be the perfect solution for me

I have just finished looking at the Knowledge-base for a fix to the ‘Right-Click’ and save images issue, I notice that you recommend ‘Wordpress Protection’, I have just installed this and tried it, but although it does allow you to disable right-click, it does not stop you from left-clicking on an image to see the full size version and then you are able to right-click and save the image!
Does ANYONE know of a way to disable this, I have tried loads of plugins and all have the same problem, I have found a script that I need to add to one of the files, but I don’t know what file it needs adding to, it just says place on the page just above the last /body> statement.

If I understood you correctly, this can be done in CSS . If you are familiar with it, you can use FireBug (FireFox plugin for web-developers) or Chrome web developers tools to define which style should be changed and where. Hello, I installed the theme with “Fabulous” Skin. I have problem with slodeshows: i created 2 slideshows, uploaded images, set descriptions but in the page appear onlu grey background and descriptions, not images. Maybe files to large? Is there some limits? Thanks

Hi, I signal a bug (that I’ve managed to fix it):
When you load an image to customize the background when chosen as one alignment: center, centre, the display is correct on pc but on mac background image is shifted;
but if chosen as one alignement: top, center, the problem is solved!

Hi there, I bought your theme and it’s really wonderfull. Now my question: Is it possible to have the posts page and the single post page with a left sidebar instead of the right sidebar. If I create a new page with left sidebar and then set that page as the default pages for posts, in read settings, it still appears with the right sidebas. Oviously the post page does the same. This doesn’t seem to have a mobile version? I bought this as I was under the impression this was truly a responsive theme, meaning it would display correctly no matter if it was opened on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone and it would render appropriately. Is that not the case?
