Thanks for the prompt response. It is indeed set there. I even tried creating a new menu and setting it to that. I’m a pretty seasoned WP builder. I’ve done at least 30 sites. I’ve never seen this happen… and I have no idea what I did to cause it. I was just messing with Widgets at the time. Anything else I can try? Thanks!

I retraced every step from yesterday and found it. If you put in “Exclude categories from blog page” in the theme settings and don’t put a minus sign in front of the numbers, the menu disappears. Strange side effect… but glad I found it. Haha

I’m wondering why my slider images aren’t filling the entire slider. I took a screenshot of my page, and designed the images to the correct pixels in photoshop.
As you can see (my site is mcleanintegrative.com), the images only go so far to the right, and then they are filled with a white space.
I notice I can change the height size in the theme options, but I can’t see an option for width.
How do I fix this?

Hello, how to leave just as in the example the buttons “call us” with the links below? leaving them aligned left, i add ??it there in “top widget area”, insert a custom menu with the links, plus a block of text with the code:
Call Us: 1-800 -200-8765
the only problem is that the menu (pages) is on the left and the text block (call us) to the right, how do I align all the left as in the example?

Do you have autodetect enabled in settings->media? If there are any issues, please try disabling plugins and see, if it works.

First off, it loads all the pages on one page, and second, it just doesn’t allow you to make any changes what so ever.

Great theme. I will probably buy your “Dotted” one too! For the care theme though, I am wondering about how to change the font type for the top menu? I can modify the all uppercase code via the PHP file, but am struggling with changing the font type. Any help would be great.

You should use css to modify it to uppercase. Also what do you mean by fon’t type? It uses the samed heading cufon font as other heading. You can remove it from cufon replace list in footer.php file, if you want.

Thanks for the reply. You are right, the transform was under the CSS file and not PHP (I got the two confused).
Anyways, for the horizontal menu (at the top), I want to change that font. Changing it via the Theme Settings only changes the type in the body and not the menu.

In care theme menu is standart font, not cufon. You can change it in style.css to another web safe font. To add cufon replacement you will have to add it to cufon replace list in footer.php file.

I just installed this theme on my local mamp system and when I try to preview any page it just is blank. To make sure it was an issue with them theme and not my local install I actives the default twenty eleven theme and it showed up fine.
Is this an issue with the theme or the fact that I’m using it on a local ?
Hi I just tried to reinstall on a different local database and it worked fine. Must have been an issue with one of my other themes or plugins that I had installed. Sorry about that!

I have purchased it and installed on my site – few things I have questions –
1. How do I make the nice white border as in your ORBIT SLIDER – also how do I make the text like in yours – my text is at the bottom of the image?
2. In the header – the “Call Us” and the Social icons are so well aligned – and also how do you change the color of text…
3. Contact form – how do we manipulate the contact form – I need to recreate the form –

1. This is an image, including border and text. You can make it in your prefered visual editor.
2. You can create a text in your page editor and change colors, then copy the code to the text widget. To move it up add some margin-bottom:-10px; for example to the span style.
3. You should create your one in form builder, see user manual.

Featured images are not displayed in posts by default. You have to insert them into the post.

You can add it to any porfolio template, but then youhave to modify all sizes of thumbnails and page.

For the “Services” section on the preview site it doesn’t display “portfolio” in the URL however, I notice that in the actual theme itself the urls contain the word “portfolio” and it also contains it in the admin. How would I go about changing this so it says “Services” in the URL oppose to “Portfolio”
You can remove it, use plugin called:
“Remove slug from custom post type”

Wait for some time for peamalinks to update, also try switching to default permalinks and then back to yours.
