In Mozilla firefox there is a bug with calendar arrows. They should be visible next to the calndar but in Mozilla there are shown next to newsletter. http://zamkova.dotdashbar.pl/wordpress/ Please check it and answer me why.

What is your Mozilla version?

O right I know why is that. You can’t set up a newsletter widget above calendar widget in sidebar.

I want to add one more font to the list in theme options. (I want to have one font on the whole site but my font is not on the theme list). How can I do that?

The list of available google fonts will be expanded in the soon to come theme update.

Hi

Im having issues with the bricklayer content builder. I am not getting the same drag and drop options as shown in your set up video. Also i am getting an extra layer slider which i can’t seem to locate and delete. any help?

problem I am getting after updating the two files

Can you please send us ftp username and password to aislin.themes@gmail.com

Thanks for the update. Seems to be working fine now

Hi, what is the changelog?

We have just submited another update to TF review team and waiting on approval. The update includes wp 3.9 compatibility, optional sticky menu, optional box slide in effects, additional google fonts, updated versions of Bricklayer and LayerSlider. The changelog will be updated as soon the update is approved.

Ok, thanks

I can’t install the Carry Hill plugin. I get this error every time:

Downloading install package from /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/carry-hill/extensions/carry-hill-plugin-v1.1.zip… An error occurred while installing Carry Hill: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided..

update to the entire theme file or just an update to the carry hill plugin? I just purchased and downloaded the file again but Still getting the error…

Update to entire theme.

Weird. I just downloaded the file a few hours ago. I uninstalled the theme and reinstalled the theme. Then installed just the carry hill plugin by itself and it worked this time. Last time I was trying to bulk install the first 3 plugins like the video… OK, well anyways thank you!

I am having issues with bricklayer … I followed the instructions to update the theme and now my bricklayer options just show up as text instead of buttons/drag and drop boxes. What can I do to fix that?

Can you send us access to your site to aislin.themes@gmail.com

Three things:

1. where do I add links for social media icons 2. this is not not responsive on the ipad – how do I change that? 3. Where do I find a list of attributes for text in layer slider? I have the ones from the demo, are there others?

Thanks

1. Go to home page. At the bottom in the Bricklayer interface you will see a set of four icon widgets. Click the edit button on each widget to be presented with widget edit screen. There you can add a link.
2. Contact us at aislin.themes@gmail.com for instructions
3. For the text in our demo sliders we used our custom css-classes. These classes are listed in Theme Options and can be customized there. But LayerSlider enables you to enter any custom css rule.

When can we change the background is in the template BOXED? )) Maybe there’s another way to change the background is? Thank you!

To change the background for BOXED, go to Admin/Bricklayer and set Global Background Image.

I am trying to use this theme to build a website for a local elementary school, and I cannot get the Brick Layer plugin to install. When I try to install it from the Wordpress dashboard it is unable to copy the files, and when I try to extract the files in the extensions folder in cPanel I receive error messages. Please help.

Nevermind. I completely removed the files from the “installable” version and re-uploaded the full theme files. This isn’t ideal obviously because the files are nearly 8 times larger but it is working now. May need to look into fixing whatever it was in the “installable” version that wasn’t allowing the required plugins to be installed properly.

Thanks, we’ll make a note of this.

Where did you purchased those images for the slider? We would like to buy them.

Hi I bought you theme. Great theme. I have 2 questions: 1. I want to add Login/Logout links to the top right above menu. 2. I want to reduce the size of the sliding banner on the home page.

How do I achieve this? Please help.

Hello, can you send us a mockup of what you want to achieve to aislin.themes@gmail.com

Many thanks Aislin! Great Theme with great Support!

Thanks!

Hi, I would like to have my menu full width. I tried to do this with CSS but it’s the same class surrounding the menu as all other 3 column divs.

Can you help me with this?

We could help you setup the child theme with these alterations. Where do you intend to put the logo? It would be best to send us a mockup of what you want to achieve to aislin.themes@gmail.com

Hello, just a question, which files were modified template? no plugins, if not specifically the template? Thanks!

Hi, are you asking if the plugins are modified in 1.1 update?

Hello. Can you please send us a link and access to you site at aislin.themes@gmaiil.com

Great theme!

I would like to know how to add a custom menu to a page with the Menu Bricklayer brick. I created a menu but the only options for the brick are Primary or Secondary Menu, not the new one I created.

You could use a child theme to register additional menu locations.

OK, many thanks for the quick reply. What I would like to do is use a sub-level from the primary menu as a side menu, is there any other way to do this?

Well, there’s no css for vertical menu. If you write your own css than you can do anything by using the child theme.

Hi,

I upgraded from Carry Hill v1.0 to v1.1 and now there is no admin for the contact form. Please advise.

Go to Admin/Bricklayer and enable form builder.

I did that and it isn’t displaying or at least I don’t think it is. Where would I see the form builder in the admin?

Can you please send us a link and temp access to your site at aislin.themes@gmail.com

Hiya! Great theme!

Pre Purchase Question: For the Events Calendar will FUTURE events appear or is the display restricted to the date of the post?

Cheers!

Future events will appear.

Hi Aislin, I have purchased this theme and installed it in Wordpress 3.9 and i am having some issues getting the Brickbuilder to activate with the pages and templates. I need some more experienced advice on this, can you email me privately so i can give you some FTP login details and help me get this theme setup correctly? Great looking theme by the way! Well done. Regards, Blake. (Email: blake.ellis@williamdesigngroup.com)

I am updating a website for a small school that helps children with autism. I have not been able to get the theme to load via wordpress. Every time I try to install carry-hill.zip via wordpress I keep getting the error

“Are you sure you want to do this?

Please try again.”

NONE of the people at the center are tech savvy. They had to search for days just to find the log-in information for the wordpress website, and they don’t understand that it is hosted elsewhere. Whoever created the site years ago is the only person who knows the hosting log-in information, and they are long gone. So installing via the server is not really an option.

Is there a way that I can fix this error and still install via wordpress?

We sent you an email.
