I will be grateful for answer on mail which I send you on private. Moreover I have 2 questions:
1. Sidebar: when I add new one it’s different than default one. Different paddings, no icons to list of category etc. How to change it?
2. Custom logo: there is no possibility to add logo in admin panel by upload. I see only dots and wait. At the end I have to ad it using URL . Could you help me with this. My client will be using admin panel only and he need to have possibility to ad logo in admin panel.

1. Can you please point me to a page where you have the sidebar with problems?
2. Make sure that the “wp-content/uploads” folder of your WP install has writable permissions (755 or 777) in order for the logo to be uploaded.

Yes, of course.
The header bg. is an image and can be found in the images folder > body_bg.png
The icon menu css can be found in the theme’s folder > styles > default.css starting at line 3750 (/Sliding Text and Icon Menu Style/)
The footer is also an image found in the “images” folder > footer_body_bg.png and footer_top_border.png

Yup, the code for styling the color of the boxes can be found in the location I’ve mentioned before in the “default.css” file.

You can find the styling of the sidebar in the following locations:
1. In the file named “layout-2cr.css” in the “layouts” folder found in the theme’s location. You can find the styling for both left and right columns.
2. In the “default.css” file found in the “styles” folder on line 1360 you can find the styling of the widgets (.sidebar_widget class)

Hi! I need your reply on the viewing of the website with the iphone. The website looks out of proportion. The header and the 5 black icons box look so big. It is not the same as in the sample shown. The 5 boxes should be arrange in a vertical line. The header also do not reduce proportional.
Where do I change all these? Please reply urgently. Thanks!!

This is the way the 5 boxes are supposed to show. Did you check the demo page with your iphone and it doesn’t look the same?
If the demo page works on your mobile device and your site doesn’t it means something is wrong because the theme should have worked right outside the box.
If you could send me a screenshot from your iphone would be great.

Hi! I have emailed you the screenshot from the iphone. Seems that when I view the live preview of the cassiopeia theme from the iphone (scan the QR code) the 5 black icons box do not appear in a straight vertical line. In fact, it is 2 boxes in row 1, another 2 boxes in row 2 and a last one box in row 3.
I really need this problem to be solved.

Note: If it the link doesn’t work try to insert the attribute without wrapping the value in quotes (“).
Example
Instead of:
link=”http://url-here”
Insert:
link=http://url-here
2. You can click 2 on the icons on the demo page and simply save the icons.

If you click on the beaker etc in the 5 sections i.e. design etc – those icons cannot be downloaded by clicking as it takes you back to start. Those are the 5 icons I’m looking for. Thanks alot!

Hi to all, i’ve installed this beatiful theme, but I’ve some problem to make the portfolio. I’ve made a page with the appropriate template, made two categories for portfolio, and then I’ve add some photo to test, but nothing happens, when I try to load the page… any help on that?

Download the latest version of the theme. Now, you need to go to your theme’s folder > admin and replace the file named “mediauploader-library.php” with the one from the new version of the theme. Done.

I’m preparing the PO files with my language – polish. I have one problem when I translated the administration panel I saw that I have no icons next to translated version. Example. When you have there Typography there is an icon, but when is Typografia (in polish) I have no icon.
Moreover I translated Feat. Slider into Slider and I have problems with panel. The boxes overlay themselves. Slider into Footer.
Could you help my with this: icons and overlay
I will be also grateful for the information how to change your logo into my client logo when I’m logging to administration panel.

Hi there,
1. You need to edit the file named “admin-styles.css” found in the theme’s folder > admin. Starting on line 161 you must add a class for each icon in your language. You can see the classes for the other languages.
2. The logo can be found in the theme’s folder > admin > images > theme_logo.png

When I went into the default. CSS , I changed the background color of the Icon Menu however, as soon as I hover over the menu it reverts back to original black color. After I have “hovered” over the icon, it does not revert back to the color I set as the background. How do I make the icon menu background color revert back to the background color I set?

Do you have another social plugin installed? It seems it gets in conflict with one of the theme’s function. Disable the plugin and then try again.

You need to edit the file named “jquery.iconmenu.js” located in the theme’s folder > js. On lines 24 and 26 you’ll find the default colors for the bg. and text.
