Hi there,
I updated the theme and now all my list-icons and social icons are gone..
Whats the problem?
If I look at the map images>
only Admin_page.jpeg ;icon.png and parralells-GT6.png are present
Can you send me link to your website? None of the files you’ve mentioned are part of theme

Try to reinstall theme or upload it using FTP, it looks like the images are missing, it could happen during update

I re-installed. Icons are back, but the listings are in green again instead of my color. There is no available update..

Could you please help me with a solution to this problem?
The list icons are images, you’d need to edit them in some graphic program to change their color, if you had them in other color before update just edit them again
Flexslider
Centum 1.5 fixes the Flexslider problem on IE and FireFox, but it is not fixed on Google Chrome.
Try to clear cache on your Google Chrome browser.
The first thing I did was to clear the cache – The slider still has delay issue on Chrome.
Please add to Custom CSS box in Theme Options this:
.flexslider .slides > li:first-child {display: list-item;}and check if that helpsHi purethemes,
I added the custom css, cleared the cache again, and the slider problem is still there on Chrome.

So I am using the revolution slider on my homepage and I have each slide enabled for a link, so when you click on the slide it should take you to another page on the site. However, this isn’t working on the current site I am making or on another site I just finished (they were both working last week). I’m not sure if there weren’t some change in Revolution slider options but I haven’t used that option to link slide before.
I asked this question with the creator of the Revolution Slider and here was his response:

please contact the author of the theme. I just tested the new version (which you have also in your theme as i can see) and it works well. I guess he added some functions / options which does not allow you this feature.

I haven’t made any changes in Revolution Slider except CSS captions, I’ve just checked it and the link is returned to html as “data-link” attribute, but I have no clue yet why it’s not working
Hmmmm..well the person I am making the site for expects this to work as well as the other site that I used your theme with. So what should I do so I can get this to work??

What does the “New Layout” button do in the theme options panel. I just noticed it today, is it a new feature?
It’s feature from OptionTree, you can save all options set in Theme Options as a “layout”, than change them as you want and save again as another “layout” and easily change between them to do some A/B testing etc.

Sure, just edit js/custom.js and replace animation: “slide” with animation: “fade”

There was change in how CSS classes are named in Revolution Slider, so just edit each slide and select again the same “style” as was before for each element (and images also need to have same styles)
Unfortunately this hasn’t worked… after selecting the same style its actually just made my font smaller?
I think theres definitely a problem here, when I add an additional slide the image shows and when it is a single slide it doesn’t, if you refresh the page you will see a flash of the image but thats all. alenbuckley.rmsd.co.uk

You’re using version 1.3 which is not compatible with WP 3.5, please update theme, current version is 1.5
that may explain a few things – I downloaded directly from themeforest, how do I update? download it again?

If you’ve made any changes in source files you’ll need to move them, but you won’t loose any content or settings after updating theme

Can I either alter column restrictions somehow to fit or make my tagline appear on two lines instead of one? At the moment it just sits below my logo. The tagline is as follows:

There is setting in Theme Options to select how many columns should have logo area, try to increase that value. Your logo is quite wide so it will require some CSS adjustments

Hi, i’m really struggling with creating 3 columns using the “Home Page Template” Here’s the code i’m trying to use…

Ok so with that in mind, how do I create 3 evenly spaced columns because 16 does not divide by 3?
I pasted in some code from the extras/layouts folder in the download that should give me 3 columns…but it doesn’t.

That’s why there’s width “1/3” for the columns, but it looks like you’re trying to put the 3 columns inside some another column? That won’t be possible The code you’ve put is perfectly fine and should work without any problem.
I’m trying to put the columns inside another column because I was told by your support guy that in order for me to use the home page template and have the content line up with the slider and navigation bar, I needed to put all of the content inside this:

Setting up Display Filters for Portfolio

You can have unlimited number of sliders from “Revolution Slider” and you can attach to each page different one. But if you’re looking on FlexSlider – there can be only one

Hi! I’m trying to set up the portfolio but can´t get it to work.
1. What´s the ideal size of the thumbnails and what´s the ideal size for the slider.
2. Which pictures is assigned to the slider? The ones in the post or the featured.
3. Also, I can´t exclude those pictures I don´t want to use. The pictures just pop right back… Some setting or what I´m I doing wrong?

ad1. Slides in portfolio should be at least 940px wide, height is not important, but around ~500 looks the best. WordPress will resize all images to thumbnails.
ad2. All pictures uploaded to post/portfolio are assigned to slider. Featured Image is only used as thumbnail

With the new wordpress update, I cannot use a lot of functions in the back end. e.g. media button etc. When I change the theme, everything works fine.

it’s not possible to have more than one FlexSlider, and there’s no option to link whole slides, you can however create unlimited number of Revolution Sliders
