No matter what I call my blog i.e, “News” the page title
above the breadcrumbs keeps on coming up as “The Blog”. How do I change this please?

You can group portfolio items by Filters and in Page Options select which filters should be displayed on each page http://www.docs.purethemes.net/centum/assets/pages.png

On the home page I have the recent projects showing which displays about 11 or 12 words from the excerpt. How can I change this limit? I’ve searched the functions.php but can’t find it.

There is bug with scripts of Centum and Wordpress 3.5! Media manager doesn’t show up with Centum on WP 3.5 and also I cannot edit permalinks since the link is not clickable!

I had the same issue and it’s missing from the documentation. Found out where to make the ‘Recent Projects’ to display more words.

The problem happens only with “http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/” and only thing that is not working is shortcode for tabs. You could try other plugins or just manually paste the analytics code to header.php

I am having a problem with the portfolio feature. I have created porfolio “posts” and have created and linked the portfolio posts to filters. I have created a page with the “portfolio-4page” template attribute (I assume this is how you link the portfolio feed to a page).
My problem is: yes, the portfolio items show up on that page, however, when I click on any portfolio link, I get a 404 / not found error.
Am I missing a step somewhere? Please advise and thank you!

Do you change it on Boxed layout? You need to also remove any image if you have set it as a background (by default there is image)

This is a great theme but I want to make one change. Visited links appear black or very dark grey and I’d like them to be a slightly darker colour of the selected theme colour. Is there a way to do this, or at least hardcode it?

For some reason when I use the 3 column portfolio and have the filter buttons shown, my portfolio loads with all the images loaded in the 1st column but nothing in the 2nd or 3rd.
However, if I press one of the filters such as “All” or “Graphic Design”, they all appear and fill in the 3 columns.
Why is this and how can I fix it?
