Hey, I’m wondering if there is a way to change the size of the images in the Flex Slider?

Just bought your theme.. (an hour ago) For some reason the logo is not displaying. Anyone else is having the same issue? I even uploaded the theme and imported the data.. Still logo is a no show.. Thanks

I have a problem when trying to open the customize option in the theme apperance. When i click “Customize” it gives me a error that the page is not found. It searches for: http://hostname/wordpress/wp-admin/customize.php

Am i doing something wrong?

I’ve installed the theme only to find it doesn’t load in like the demo. Now I’ve tried loading in the import file and still it’s not like the demo. I wanted to just getting going quickly, I liked the way it was set up and now everything has to be done manually? I don’t even know where to begin. Am I missing something?

I’ve bought a theme before and I got what I saw in the demo, easy. This is a struggle, please help.

I am having a problem with the flexslider.

In your notes you state “The title is not required, if you won’t put any text in title and description you’ll see just an image, otherwise the content will be displayed in semi transparent black box.”

I do not want to have any text, so I followed your instructions to leave the title and content fields blank. Unfortunately when I leave those blank, when I open the page the slider no longer shows the image. The slider is still there (it shows the next / previous arrow buttons) but the content is blank (showing no image). If I go back to settings and add text, the image appears with the text (which is not what I want).

I bought this theme today, and have a slight problem with the feature shortcode. This code results in nothing (invisible text and no icon);

I have a Amazon-hosted WordPress installation, WordPress installed into the /wordpress folder, but the site address pointing to the root domain. Will that matter in any way? Maybe it doesn’t find the icon somehow?

Weird problem with picture quality and format in portfolio. When i use a picture it keeps streching it with giant loss of quality.

A question before buying the theme. The pictures in the slieder may have a link to another page.

Can i define the http://www ...... link for each picture in the slider?? regards

Hello, Thanks for a great template.

If i want to show 3 portfolio items on the index site. What shortcode should I use? When using [recent_pf] all is shown.

Also, im using a sidebar on the index page. So when I show three latest portfolio 2 images is on the same row but one is below beacuse it doesnt fit. I want three on the same line. How can I change the portfolio image size to a bit smaller so I can fit 3 on the same line?

this theme looks perfect for my client…question…on the home page there is are two rows under the slider one with 3 cols and one with 4 cols..can the number of cols in the rows on the home page be changed

Thank you. I’ve tried this, and it works fine in the blog. But it doesn’t carry the video over to the home page were I am feeding the blog entries using the recent_blog command. I’ve also tried entering the video URL into the ‘featured image’ box, but this doesn’t work either. It is a youtube video and I’ve been using the straight URL .

Also, another quick question while I’m at it. Is it possible to put a url link on a team photo?

On the contact page I have added the YouTube icon but when you hover over the icon it says “RSS” – Where is the file located so I can change this? Here’s an image to explain better.

Also is there anyway I can use the icons that are used at the top of the site in place of these ones on the contact page?

A few other problems.

Can I remove the search function from the menu bar?

With the Google map I have tried changing it to my location but it still shows as New York.

Also above the map there is a grey line – how can I extend the length?

I have attached a picture to make it easier for you to understand.

Another problem…

I have tested to see if my contact form is working but test messages aren’t delivering to the email account I have specified in the contact form settings.

Could you help with this please?

I submitted a ticket on your support site about an hour ago…u can ignore it cause I found the answer above…I have to “edit file slider.php and replace line 24 with this http://snippi.com/s/vaebbsf"...if that doesn’t work I’ll let you know. I have another request. The demo page on this site has that nifty customizer and I really like one of the patterns. Can you direct me to where I can get it? I’m uploading a screenshot so you know which one I mean.

That fix isn’t working for me…also there are two slider.php files but neither one worked.

To clarify, I am having the same problem as signumstudios, with the flex sliders being blank.
