Hi I changed the color of the Nav bar and footer in the stylesheet, but it doesn’t seem to have changed. Do I do this in the CSS Stylesheet or do you have a recommended way.
Also, the revelation slider (I know you didn’t code) is stuck on the first image and isn’t responsive. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Hi check if you’ve installed theme correctly (you should upload just centum-theme.zip, not whole file downloaded from ThemeForest) but if that is ok, please open a private ticket on my support forum http://purethemes.ticksy.com/ with login details to your wp-admin, I’ll check what’s wrong.

Just an FYI … I tried to post this in your support forum but your forum says my email address is not registered. But it is, as if I request a password reset, I get an email to do so … so not sure what is going on there.
Anyways, one issue that I have found is that I am not able to add shortcodes within shortcodes … ie: I have a Member’s section and to lay it out I use the “Tabbed” shortcode, but when I add the shortcode for the user’s profile, it just shows the shortcode itself and not what the shortcode should render.

Looks like a nice theme. I really want to buy it, but the mobile menu is just lazy and ugly. Really degrades the quality of the overall beautiful theme. =/
Hi, what do you mean by that? What exactly you don’t like about it, if you have some ideas maybe we can improve it. BTW, if you’re using iPhone or iPad the menu selectbox will be replaced by the native safari element, so that might not look nice.

Hi, blog feed is not related to theme, and theme doesn’t have any function that would change it. It’s native WordPress functionality. There are probably some plugins to edit feed settings, but I don’t have much experience with that part.

Hi, you have option for that in Theme Options
The shortcodes for feature boxes and notice boxes aren’t showing up on certain pages, pages that are created using an Event Calendar plug-in. It’s obviously not something you support, but I was just hoping there’s a quick fix , or maybe you could point me in the right direction for help. Thanks.

First of all: Great theme! I just bought the Centum theme and like it a lot, but there’s a problem with viewing it on smaller screens like smartphones. The image and text don’t scale the right way, so I can’t read the whole text on my smartphone of see the whole picture… this really is a problem for me. Is there an solution? Is your home page a static page? If yes, you can check it’s title in Settings – Reading, it has to be in Pages then.
So my home page was not static (i don’t think), I just had a “Home” button on the Menu bar, but not an actual page entitled “Home”. So when I went to Settings – Reading, a page called “home” was not there. I just created a page called home, but do I now have to replicate the actual landing page on the new page called “Home”?
Further, say I replicate it, the landing page (the page the website opens to when I click on my website address) does not look like the layout of the Centum demo at all. it has a blog space at the bottom and none of the 3 paragraphs, and portfolio options anywhere. I’m needing some help here.

I have the images in the Revslider linked to the manufacturers website. I initially had the links opening in another window BUT when I was going back to our website window, I noticed the REVslider wouldn’t refresh and will be “stuck” with the image background, I could only get it working when refreshing the whole website. To avoid this, I decided to open the links in the same windows.
Unfortunately, my director wants those links opening in another window but doesn’t like that the REVslider gets frozen when clicking on the images.
Is there a way to fix this?

in single-portfolio.php add before the last “div” in line 180 this:<div class="container"> <?php if($comments != "yes") { comments_template('', true); } ?> </div>I have tried something similar and got “Comments are closed.” as message instead of the comment form. When I put your code in, I get the same message. The comments work perfectly on blog posts but not on portfolio items.

Is there a way to put the featured image next the the blog post in the blog page (not a real big picture as in the gallery option), just a little thumbnail – or should I get a plug-in for that?
It is possible but it would require some customization of loop.php, but if you have plugin that could do that you can use it also
Could you recommend a good plugin for this, cause the ones I tried didn’t work well. The big gallery image still shows up.

Hi, I don’t see anything wrong except the top margin for tagline could be bigger, but you can easily set it in Theme Options.

There’s a setting for that in Theme Options – Portfolio tab, you can just direct link or lightbox.

Hello – is there a way we can extend the width of the drop down menu to allow for more characters / more pixels. Currently any text over 25 characters wraps to a second line. I would assume its in the CSS but if you could point me in the write direction I would appreciate it.
Also I would like to make the space a the top of the page (empty space before the white background begins) smaller. Where in the code could this be accomplished.

you can change the width of sub menu element by adding to Custom CSS box in Theme Options:#navigation ul ul li a { width: 180px }default is 150px, you can try bigger value as well.#wrapper { padding-top:10px}I’ll give it a try – thanks for the quick response. Great support.
