Nice theme, one thing. Whenever I try to access options panel on Production Site it gives me 404 redirection, but when on localhost is working at 100% can you help me?

I’ve submitted a ticket 5 days ago but still waiting for response. My problem is:

Centered Footer option doesn’t work. The footer always align to left even centered footer is selected.

Hi, Does anyone know How can I set more than one featured image per product? I will appreciate your help

You can set only 1 featured image. You have to upload the other images in the “product gallery” section. Read more about this here: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/adding-product-images-and-galleries/

Thank you, but the problem is “product galleries” box does not exist in my product page. I have “featured image” box but not “product galleries”. What can I do?

We already have a custom zoom effect in Cheope, so we not tested the theme with this woo commerce extension.

Yes, I’ve got your Zoom effect operating but it doesn’t allow a high definition image to be used so the zoomed image don’t look too good (very grainy).

Just wondering how I could get another jQuery plugin happening? If you can point me in the right direction I should be able to work it out myself.

the /Cheope_WordPress_Theme/Backgrounds/patterns/bg_t_7.png file seems to be corrupted within the v1.6.0 release.

Also, I want to use a pop-up window to display extra info. regarding certain products. Could you briefly outline how I might do this.

If the image in the zoom is grainy is because you not setted the right size.

If the image in WooCommerce > Settings > Catalog > Image Options > Single product image has a width of 500, the original image you need to upload has to be 1000 pixel or more. Try and let me know. In our demo we use low resolution images, this is the reason we have grainy images.

Hi – has anyone had any issues with Cheope and IE10?

My client is testing their Cheope based site and on single product pages, when the dropdown box for variable items is triggered, the page freezes.

Is this a known thing? I don’t have IE10, so can’t test it.

Hello Sara! Excelent theme! I have 2 questions: 1). 3 moths ago I watched these theme and it havent the filter options, for example: I choose a brend1 then want to filter all products of brend1 by price on the same time (just brend1 , no all products!) Now I see that the filter option has been improved! its that right?!

2). I am a begginner! I installed a theme! Do I have to install also woo comerce or its already instaled with the theme?

I chose to view the shop in classic view, because I like not having to hover over to see the shopping cart and details button. however, I’m having a problem with the grid.

There are gaps between products in the list view: http://s163368.gridserver.com/shop/?post_type=product&paged=6

I noticed that in the CSS those products have a “last” style element attached to them. Not sure how to fix this. Thanks!

hi . when i update the theme should i replace the file by the ( main file ) ? or i just replace it by the small file – installable wordpress file ?
