I like Cheope theme very much. But cart is a bit confusing. When you add something to the cart – you dont see any changes unless you point to it. Is there any chance to change it somehow so it would be more understandable when something is added to the cart? May be change the cart icon color or change icon itself from empty cart to loaded cart…

Disable the zoom in WooCommerce > Settings > Magnifier and enable the lightbox in WooCommerce > Settings > General

Hi, sure you can. From the Cheope -> Sidebars you can choose the layout for the Shop page. :)

Hi anneb28, our theme works fine even without Woocommerce plugin but to be honest we never tried it with Zazzle plugin. For sure you have to customize the product pages because we did that only for Woocommerce plugin.

It looks like the latest release of Woocommerce (2.0.11) might have broken a few things.

The quantity buttons on product pages no longer work, and the price filter sliders on product archives. However, I have been updating a few things also, so I’m not sure if it is the woocommerce update which has caused this.

Are you able to confirm? :)

Hi Sara, I’ve just rolled back my installation to pre 2.0.11 and everything works again. This confirms that Cheope is not compatible with Woocommerce 2.0.11.

I have opened a ticket so hopefully you guys can make an update asap!

You can use the video shortcode. Open the documentation and in the shortcodes section you can find the code for include a youtube or a vimeo video, copy the code and past it in the editor of the page :)

Im having an issue with gravity forms, gravity forms plugin for wocommerce and your theme. Product calculation is calculating in the form, but when customer finish to customize the product, when clicking to AD CART, finally it doesnt add the product.

I’ve just updated my theme & Woocommerce and also have a problem with quantity buttons – it looks like a problem with the woocommerce.min.js file, I’m seeing the error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘simplePlaceholder’

Where can we get the fix for this?

Hi there, we’re looking at purchasing this theme, but wanted to check one thing. We want all the product management functionality, but will not actually be selling on-line. How easy is it to switch off or hide the basket and purchase options?

Very easy, in the theme panel you can turn off the basket and the add to cart buttons, so you can use the theme like a catalog. :)

Hi I am having a problem unzipping the images archive file? I have downloaded it but everytime I unzip it, it says Error 20 – the file is not a directory. How do I solve this? I am lacking some photos such as the social media icons, the telephone icon and the credit card picture. Thanks.

Hi, one last question. can we add fields and instructional text to the “Product enquirer form”?

You can add a field, but at the moment you can’t add text inside the tab. Btw, you can create a custom tab, enter text and a form shortcode and have the same result :)

sorry, a PS to my last question. We’ve just realized, we may want to ask additional questions depending on the product, so there are two questions, 1. can the product form be amended 2. Can there be different forms for different products?
