then change Latitude and Longitude value with yours.

Actually, form.php is recording to database your visitor e-mail address. You must have a mysql database and change to settings line as database name, username, password etc.
if you don’t have a database on your hosting plan. You should buy a mysql database option.

Your database settings configuration can be wrong. Pls, check your settings and try again…
By the way, we want to add contact form option but we don’t know when it’ll be.
If you have to basic html and php knowledge, you could add contact form option.

Awesome design. Could you check my website’s form? I seem to have issues with it. I followed the steps for the database and everything but I still cannot seem to be able to use it.
Also, the site is not fully responsive. The social icons appear as links on mobiles and it is quite annoying. And the site is not centered, it moves to the left.

you’re totally right!
1- You can find “username” in index.html. then you can change twitter username. (it can be on 70th line.)
2- it’s same for google location
(it can be on 55th line.)
find “_myLatlng = new google.maps.LatLng(40.714623,-74.006605 );”
