I got this theme 2 times and try to get account on ur site for helpdesk, but it says 2x my purchase code is already in use.
I have the old template running on my site and like to update the theme. How can i do do this? Can i upload only the patchfile or do i need to take more actions?

I am trying to decide on a theme to purchase for a new website. I love the look of yours but have some concerns.
1. It says “No” for High Resolution (what does that mean?) 2. It’s Fixed instead of Responsive, so what will it look like on mobile, tablet, etc.? 3. I need to purchase a Magento Extension to allow for subscriptions/recurring payments. Will that work in this theme?

1. It means no double sized images for retina displays.
2. It doesn’t change look for devices.
3. Our theme (and any other custom theme) isn’t compatible with all third-party extensions by default. You often (not always) need to customize the extension to make it work properly with your theme. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions. Only default Magento theme is compatible with all third-party extensions, because all extensions are designed to work with default Magento theme.

Do you plan on updating the theme to support IE10, it doesn’t properly render in IE10.
