Unfortunately this template doesn’t support ie6, I didn’t check into IE6 for my latest 3 template.

But you can try make it work. First download csshover.htc via this link

Put it on the root folder. Open style -> style.css and add this code on body:

body { 
background:#f6f6f6 url(../images/background.png) repeat-x;
font:12px arial, verdana, serif;
behavior: url("csshover3.htc"); 
} 

That should work, but I cant guarantee about the position of the dropdown.
