I’ve bought this WP theme but after I’ve install it I found out that the theme it’s really slow. (incude the administration). Can you help me please to find out a solution?

I need help Signing up for support on the datcouch.com Site. There is no contact email listed for help with your registration process. I have all my newly purchased info on this theme. Your system simply tells me that my name exists pick another or that ID and Password don’t match. Could you check > opcode90 is my username. I don’t mind recreating it… Thanks so much.

I’m am precisely trying to do that. I am using my exact Username, Password and Email address that I use here on Envato and it simply tells me that “Username already exists. Try a new one” now what do I do?

I can not sign in with that info, nor can I create a sign in with that info. My email address is keithkey4@hotmail.com, my Envato id is “opcode90”, I’ve now given you everything except my Password, and I still can not sign into your site.

OK… I SOLVED IT MYSELF….. the one piece of info it must have been rejecting was my EMAIL Address as being a duplicate. I used my Envato Username and Password and Chose some alternate Email Address that I did not want to use but I am now Registered on your Site….

I opened a ticket to ask about the calendar & upcoming event order three days ago. I have not heard back from you that my ticket was even received. My issues (calendar showing the time as 10pm even though the correct time was entered in events pages & Upcoming Events not showing in chronological date order) don’t strike me as being out of the box.

Please let me know how I can adjust these so that the correct times show in the calendar view and how I can better understand the Upcoming Events (i.e. will they disappear from my home page (from page builder) once the date has passed & how do I get them to show in the correct date order). This information is holding up my launch.

I would love to create a ticket. However, every time I try to log in – the system tells me that the email address is not in your system. So- what should I do? I do not wish to log in under a FB profile.

If system says that e-mail address is not on the system, then you should try signing up, by clicking on “Register” button right next to “login” button. You don’t have to sign in with facebook if you don’t want to.

Im trying to verify my purchase code, and its not working? please advise.. (next to my name it says “purchased”, here on the comment section.

my issue is just that i set the slider to 1000px yet it dosent allow it to go full size, and instead shrinks it to around 770px

Sad to say, there was an issue with the “DatMenu” well they have fixed it HOWEVER. because I got it with my THEME and the update was released for codecanyon, I could NOT get the update.. I HAD to make an additional purchase just to update the menu.. so I had to buy the Theme & The Menu..

and guess what, it works now!!!! HOORAY!!

We update our themes instantly with the newest datmenu version when we make an update for it. It is just matter of time when themeforest and codecanyon approves updates. This may be the reason for your problem. And there is no need to buy datmenu separately.

This theme uses Aqua Page Builder, which doesn’t work with the latest Wordpress update. I cannot create or edit any pages on this theme, which means that the theme is unusable.

We are working on this problem. Developer that created this plugin, seems to be left this project. We will fix any issues ourselves with this plugin if not, we will make or find a replacement ASAP.

Does this theme support WooCommerce shops?

“Page Builder” is really terrible plugin !!! When will it be changed? Over 1 month I can not set the theme completely because there are always different problems…

When I click on “Enabled Menu” there is no any reaction. Is it broken too?

There are several major issues with this theme Version 1.1.5 that make it unusable.

I opened a ticket (#286134) and was told that there would be an update released 2 weeks ago and there has been no such update. Moreover, the support team has seemingly gone missing, with no responses to my posts in weeks.

I, like many users of this theme, (paying customers) have clients waiting. DatCouch has gotten paid for their theme, but because of issues with the product and the lack of support we can not proceed with our projects, which reflects poorly on our businesses.

Support Team – At the very least please let me know when to expect an update to be released so I can relay that to my client, and plan accordingly. Thank you.
