Also, is there a way to add a list of galleries to a web page WITHOUT using the Page Builder to create a template for it? As is, Page Builder is just too many steps to teach a client to use because it operates OUTSIDE the actually page.

Tried to open a support ticket, but currently datcouch.ticksy.com shows a blank screen.
How can you remove the “DatCouch” search header black bar that shows up when the screen is small or on a mobile device? Visitors that see “DatCouch” get confused as they think they’ve arrived at the wrong site.

To clarify, I have gone to “Settings > Dat Menu” and turned off search bar in header and I did change the name from “DatCouch”. My questions is, how do I remove this black bar menu completely?

You can remove the header in “Settings -> Dat Menu -> Display Header Menu”

I tried – several times – to set an new account on your support site but there’s no mail sent at all. And by the way: I still HAD an account when I bought your theme – now I don’t get into this account any longer: “User not found”. Don’t try to fool your customer that’s not fair!
We did change our support site some time ago because of several issues. Most likely you had the account there. While registering, make sure your username is the same as here – “Gondolin” and the purchase code is valid.
If that fails, contact us by using the contact form on our profile page http://themeforest.net/user/datcouch and we will look into it.

It does send, but we discontinued our email support, we do not monitor it. We found your email and replied to it.
Has anyone experienced the White Screen of Death with this theme after a wordpress update?

This problem is encountering when you have updated your wordpress core to the latest version but haven’t updated the theme itself for it’s compatibility.
Update your theme to the latest version and it will be working fine.
