The white colour of the countdown is an integral part of this theme’s design, but can be changed by editing digits.png file in Photoshop (requires graphic design skills).
The best way to change text paragraph’s colour is to manipulate chronos.css file and change the settings there (requires CSS programming skills).

I’m having troubles with the days digits. I need to set a date that not is bigger than 16 days. The problem i get is that, after i’ve disabled the 3 digits, it keeps the “0” before of the “16”, how can i solve it? Thanks in advance!

I am a host. and other PHP files I have used have not returned the error. is there something I’m doing wrong inside of the PHP files?

and for some reason the twitter feed works for all other twitter accounts but not the one I need it to feed iamyungwun and yes it has had alot of tweet in the past 24 hours….

Have you seen the Anticipate under construction page? It acts as a PLUGIN , not a theme. Is it possible to do something similar? In my admin page, I want to see the ACTUAL theme that I am working on, not this under construction page.
Can this theme allow me to look at the actual theme I am working on? I tested it and it replaced the current buddypress theme I was using, meaning that it probably can’t.
How are we supposed to test the theme that we want for the website after its construction is over? I’d like the option of working on the current theme for my website in the background while visitors see the splash page, can you do that with this template?
Hello. Thank you for purchasing the template. I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. The description clearly states that Chronos acts as a WordPress theme, not a plugin. It was made like that with full intention.
In regards to your question about testing, please familiarize yourself with the technique of working on development server and than migrating to live server after work is done. This is an industry standard and best practice that should be followed. Apart from that, there are several other options available to solve your problem, like setting up a PHP version of the template in a separate directory and making domain temporarily redirect to it, to name one.

I´m using wordpress. When i select a logo from my computer and update so it will save my settings the logo despairs and i get “no image selected”...
and there is no upload button or something like that so that i can manually upload it…

I recently purchased the theme. The logo image is not displaying on my site even though there is a logo.png existing in the img folder. What’s wrong with the WP theme?
http://meghanacreations.x10.mx/Ok! I figured it out! Instead of creating a breadcrumb path, you directly referred to the logo. If you are installing wordpress theme then this is not working!
Default installation displays the Chronos logo file, which could be replaced by any graphic file uploaded from your local drive or from WordPress assets.
as wondering if it is possible to have only non-logged in users see this landing page…but for me (logged in) to see my site as i work on it….is this possible???

Hello tonyfloyd. Thank you for purchasing Chronos, i’m glad you like it! Currently there is no such feature and recommended practice is to use a separate development WordPress installation (e.g. in a subdirectory). After your work on a theme is complete, copy all files to the live site and migrate the database.

Hello. Please double check your MySQL username, password, database name and host / port number. The error message simply says that one of them is incorrect. Sometimes you may need IP address instead of ‘localhost’. Confirm that with you hosting provider.
I have everything working except the Twitter feed under WP. If I leave the field blank I get random tweets, however if I place my Twitter account name all I get is a blank, no matter what I try I have been unable to get this to work. Otherwise an excellent and quick setup template. Any ideas? Its the latest WP.
Hello. Thank you for purchasing this template! Most common cause of twitter feed being empty is not having enough tweets posted in the last 24 hours. Try entering a twitter username that gets a lot of updates (e.g. zeldman). Make sure that you post updates to your twitter feed on a regular basis, at least once every 12 hours.
