It looks like, to get the Emailer working, you /must/ use the index.php file as the index.html file does not work what so ever.
It will work but you need to set email ID as well. Can you email me the URL and FTP Credentials so that i can test as some servers may require authentication for sending emails. I mean requires SMTP
