Best of luck with big sales
Very slick! Definitely one of the more better looking admin templates in a while…
No standalone tabs widget and gallery pages? Btw in the calendar month view, the “Saturday” column is cut off unless I hide the left sidebar (intentional?). And would love a form wizard and order/invoice sample page in future (but I have to be a paying customer first!).
Glad you like it! There will be additional pages and widgets added soon in future updates (definitely a gallery page). Did not think of the invoice page, that’s a good idea.
I have noticed what you are saying about the Saturday column in the calendar view, and I am already looking into it. It seems to only happen with certain window sizes so sometimes it is difficult to reproduce.
Right now the priority for the 1.1 release is a light theme for the sidebars, colors for the top and footer bars and retina icon font integration. Of course if any bugs pop up they will be addressed as well.
Version 1.1 is out and includes 12 color themes, retina icons and a gallery page. Let me know what you think.
Just wanted to let you know, Clarity has been updated with a new drag and drop todo list template, iOS style scrollbars and more.
We are considering an invoice template in the future.
Look nice good luck with your sales
I was wondering if I could limit what certain users are able to see from the Web Application panel? Like, I don’t want all the users to see my revenue and traffic details that will be cited on the Web App.
Yes, this would be possible, but this is something that depends on the backend you build for your app.
You or your developer would setup roles for users and allow only the administrator role to see revenue and traffic, and only if they are logged in.
If your question is would the frontend design of this theme be able to accommodate that change without the layout breaking then the answer is yes, sections like the revenue and traffic at the bottom can be hidden without affecting the rest of the layout.
Hope this helps.
Wanted to let you know that version 1.1 is out with 12 color themes, retina icons and more.
Very nice template but i would use some styled scrollbars… too many on the page…
Thanks for the suggestion. It looks great on a mac, but you are right, many users will see scrollbars. I had custom scrollbars implemented during development, but they seemed to have some conflicts with other scripts so I removed them.
I’ll look into getting them back in for the next update.
Just wanted to let you know, Clarity has been updated to version 1.2 with a new drag and drop todo list template, and iOS style scrollbars just like you suggested.
I would only suggest that you rename your template to have the word ‘Admin’, which hopefully will give you more traffic & money.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will give that a try.
A good template. I will buy it for my project because it is perfect for what I want to do but first I would like to see something before I would buy it.
First an image gallery. Second I want to see some action buttons embedded somehow in the FILES tab of the left nav panel. By action buttons I mean “Delete”, “Upload”, “Edit”, “Move” and so on.
Also please fix:
- The little drag thing (layout resizer) on the bottom of the left nav. There is no resize.
I will certainly buy this if you will do the 2 things I’ve asked for.
Thank you for now! And I’ll check back later for your answer
Glad you like the template.
An image gallery is planned for the next release along with multiple color themes. That’s a good idea for the files tab, but will not be released until after version 1.1 comes out.
The issue you noticed with the drag handle has already been fixed and will also be included in the 1.1 update.
I just bought this theme and think it is one of the best I have seen and it provides a very good experience for the user.
This is by far one of the best templates I have seen and I wish you the best of luck.
Thank you Brian!
Just wanted to let you know, Clarity has been updated to version 1.2 with a new drag and drop todo list template, iOS style scrollbars and more.
Right now I am working for my new project as I have mentioned before, currently I am in planning stage but as it looks right now your template is the most suitable for my project so I will definitely use it as my user and developer interfaces. Also I will need a site template for it to get accessible by the end users and prepare the main modules for the framework that will be in the backstage.
Anyways its looking very professional and it is great. You’ve done a grate job
Thank you and hope you will listen to my suggestions
Thanks again for your suggestions!
Here are my thoughts so far on these requests:
1. This may be added, it’s a small feature so it probably will come in the future.
2. Ajax loaders you mean? There are so many open source loaders to choose from already, and I want to make sure not to clutter the template with extras that won’t be used. We may add a couple nice ones though.
3. This is very dependent on the project a buyer would use the theme for and meant as an example so this may not happen soon.
4. Already in progress.
5. The code editor already includes detection and syntax highlighting for PHP , HTML, CSS , JS, Ruby and more. Also includes many syntax highlighting themes.
Glad you like the theme.
Version 1.1 has been released. It includes 12 switchable color schemes, all retina icons, a gallery template and more. Also the drag handle you noticed would not function in some browsers is now working properly.
More will be coming in version 1.2.
Let me know what you think.
Version 1.1 is out now! Includes 12 switchable color schemes, all retina icons, a gallery template and more!
To the next version can you add in the left menu a drop down submenu please ?
Thanks for purchasing!
Yes, a dropdown submenu is planned for the left menu in the next update.
An accordion submenu is planned for version 1.3 and is already in the works!
Love the template.. have bought it..
Can you please tell me where can I found the Clarity documentation. I am unable to find it.
Thanks for purchasing Clarity! Glad you like it.
The documentation is right in the root folder with the other html files, called README .html. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I just bought your template. It is great. You have done a great job so you deserve all of our admiration.
Well right not I don’t know anything else that I could suggest but as soon as I start with my project that I was talking about I may come back with some. So for now it is the best and most suitable for me.
For now thanks again and I’ll let you know more about it as soon as I’ll begin coding it and giving it live
All the best,
Very nice and professional looking theme, only flaw I found out is Opera unsupported, but I can live with it.
Thanks Deltac0! Fully supporting Opera isn’t a priority at the moment since their market share is so small.
One other small think, is it possible to you to make a document with what as been modified since the previous version ? It’s help us for update the code of the template.
The bottom of the documentation lists the changes/features added. Listing all of the specific code and pages adjusted would be very tedious. I think the best solution for you to compare to the previous version would be to use a tool like http://www.kaleidoscopeapp.com/
Hello, I purchased after the remittance, not to account, can help solve it
Testing on Firefox 15.0
Problem 1: I need to add more columns to the data_table, unfortunately if I do this, it blows out the framework: east and west layout quadrants completely disappear.
A. I achieved this result on index.html by simply adding another column. Blew out the framework.
B. Then, thinking the issue was the small widget size – where class=”span6”, I dumped the data table into its own row with class=”span12”, thinking that – if a 1/2 width widget can contain 5 columns, then surely a full width widget could manage 6? No dice, my nav completely disappears.
I’ve gone through the core.css and application.js and can’t see where there are any constraints on number of columns. The datatables site has plenty of examples with more columns, so it’s clearly possible with their js.
Problem 2: Does use of the dashboard containers require use of the “dashTop” div? I get the same problem – east/west quadrants are blown out (disappear) – if I remove the “dashTop” div from index.html.
I don’t want to proceed with any more customization until I have a better idea of why edits within the “ui-layout-center” div are blowing out the nav sections.
Looking forward to working further with the theme, though.
There are no constraints set for the number of columns. The “dashTop” div is not required.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please send me a message through my profile. I’m happy to help.
Is it possible to get the psd.
This template was designed entirely in the browser, so there is no psd. If there were I would be happy to include it.
This is a rocking theme. One of the best in the Admin templates category.
I will be waiting for your next version, meanwhile I should be ready with my project.
I do have some suggestions, and I would love to see them included:
Thank you. Waiting for version 2.
All the best for sales.
Thanks for the kind words.
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. The left and right sidebar do have a small arrow button in the footer of the center pane to show and hide. Creating your own button or moving the existing button would be as simple as adjusting the button CSS .
2. Yes, copying the code from the left sidebar container to the right sidebar would allow you to reverse it. No other adjustments necessary.
3. Will consider an invoice template in future releases, thank you for the feedback.
4. A user avatar icon and project icon are included in the template files. There is also an animated progress bar. No preloaders were included as there are so many open source ones available.
5. No plans at the moment for video, but it would be easy for you to implement yourself if you wanted.
I have another question:
Is it possible to make the interface free flowing easily. I mean, instead of keeping the content area, side bar and right side bar fixed, can I use it like a normal webpage, with just one browser based scroll bar. I hope I am able to explain myself.
I am not expecting you to add it as a feature, but if you can say that there is a possibility and can help after purchase then it would be great.
Yes, this could be done but will require some modifications on your part. This is not planned as a feature.
