Here’s how to set your location:

go to google maps and get the latitude and longitude of the location you want to display by clicking on the ‘link’ button and set it in the above code: lat=’my_lat’|lon=’my_lon’

For the directions, google (off-late) has disabled any of their service from loading within an iframe so you could try external or on the map direction. You see more info here:

Hi,

I’ve tried centering the images using various alternatives but seems to me like a tough cookie. The closest I could get to a solution was to set the image in the image slide content with a width of 100% and the height same as the slider settings

<img src="images/demo/slide/images/wslider_1.jpg" border="0" alt="abana" width="100%" height="650" />

This will stretch the image to fit the screen size. However it looks better on a smaller height say of 450.

Thanks for purchasing my item. Actually on the item description i mentioned that ‘The demo images have been replaced with placeholder images.’ The grey and dark images are simply placeholder images since I can’t include the images for download as I don’t hold the copyrights to do so.

Joel, when I view your Demo site I get the same thing. Everything on the home page shows up, however the slider show three blinking dots (like it’s trying to load something).

Could you try the following:

Go to module manager > search for ‘Sequence Slider’ and edit. Set ‘show preloader’ to ‘No’ and save. Clear cache and refresh the home-page.

Seting the ‘show preloader’ to NO fixed the problem. The slides appear, however the individual selector doesn’t show, but it’s not really needed. Thanks for your help.

I also appreciate the feedback though I’m not intending to add other extensions with this template but hopefully in a future one. The template is compatible with jomsocial and I believe jomsocial has a default skin that won’t look too bad either on any template. The only downside with including extensions especially ones that require subscription is that some buyers might get the notion that the subscription is part and parcel of what they download on TF no matter how much you declare ‘that its not’ on the item description.

try and toggle the editor so that you edit the content on raw text rather than editor. The syntax is:

I guess you are referring to this guide. the file is named as {template}_j25.zip rather. So in this case look for clarke_j25.zip. If you’re new to joomla, I’d highly recommend the quickstart method not unless you have an existing joomla extension.

Any editor that supports php/css/xhtml syntax will work. I personally prefer sublime text 2 or notepad++.

Hi,

The template comes with an admin option that you can access in template manager once you log in via www.mysite.com/administrator. There you can edit most of the settings, look and feel of the template. You can still further tweak the site by digging into the /css folder of the template and editing the respective css with notepad++.

If you are new to joomla, I highly recommend having a look at these video tutorials as a guide on how to edit joomla.
