Hi there, I just bought and downloaded the file as well and mine did include the style.css. Everything’s working fine. From My Account, Dowloads, you should be able to download the complete folder again.

Theme is working great for me, thanks

My client would like to give viewers option of bigger font. What should i do to achieve this? I reckon that clicking the logo for bigger font would have to activate another stylesheet, right?

I must be crazy… so, I have never made a full site in Wordpress (I am very much a newbie), but I have been tweaking another theme recently to learn. So, now I download this theme, and think that I’m going to be able to figure it out – and I’m pulling my hair out…

I have been creating static pages – and when I view these static pages, I see navigation on the left side. HOWEVER , when I got to the main page, I don’t have ANY navigation!

Hi there, great theme, really nice.

I am having trouble with the Portfolio Page Settings.

This is what I have done:

a.Create new page, for an example you can name it “Portfolio”. b. Select the “Template Portfolio ” template in the right side attribute section. c. Add new custom field named “category-include” d. Add the value which is the posts categories id, separated by comma for multiple categories.

The result is that the portfolio images (the post category) is a LINK on the Portfolio Page, and not embedded within the page as a gallery.

Is it possible to add multiple “albums” to the portfolio page? Currently you can add the “category-include” custom field for multiple categories, but the portfolio images link together when you click the “next” and “previous” buttons …

Is there a way for categories to operate independently from each other (similar to the functionality in your Mini Buzz theme)?

Hi again, I have another question.

Is it possible to have multi-columns on the one page.

For example, I am finding that I would like to have my portfolio images spread across the full width of the Portfolio Page.

At the top of this page, would be the sidebar and then the right Hand side content, some words,

THEN

Beneath this, the sidebar would end, the words would end, and the Portfolio images would start and would spread across the full width of the page.

Sorry, I just read the previous post. But I checked my permissions and they are fine – set at 755. Also, I just found that I get the error message re: stylesheet not found. This wonderful theme has worked perfectly until the new update.

I updated to wp 3 recently while still building the site and encountered an interesting problem (i think something similar was reported here earlier). Everything works fine with “ugly” permalinks but if changed to / year / monthnum / day / postname / (using mod_rewrite) the /wp-content/themes/classic-theme/styles/theme_css.php starts throwing 404 errors, the file is the same and the permissions the same (775 / 664) on /styles/ and theme_css.php as they where earlier. It’s quite interesting no mater what php-file is put in that folder it throws 404 as soon as it is linked to from header.php. (here: <link href="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/styles/theme_css.php" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />)

I recently bought the theme and was wondering why the black header is not showing up in my page, no matter to which color I change the header color in the theme options. The same with the footer, both are just pain white. Are you aware of this issue? Permissions are set correctly…

Still one issue left I have experienced – Submenus are shown in Firefox after clicking on the main menu – business as usual, working fine. In IE8 , all submenu entries are directly shown, they are not hidden and therefore the overall menu entries look a lil’ bit overwhelming – check this out @ www.oliver-pifferi.com. Any ideas on that one? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the fast reply, I recently found the error coming from the Lightbox-Plugin 2.9.2 by Rupert Morris. Once I de-activate this, the accordeon menu in IE 8 works as it should, reactivating the seperate Lightbox-plugin caused the error mentioned above.

At the bottom of IE 8 , a warning triangle tells me that

‘style’ is zero or no object in … /wp-content/plugins/lightbox-2/lightbox.js?ver=1.8

Object “prototype.js” does not support this feature or method.”

I purchased your theme and have some questions.

I am not sure how to create a category, or how to create a drop down menu of pages. I can not find it in the admin area. I am used to modifying a template easily in the appearance section but cannot find it in yours.
