Hi, at the moment there are no plans to make this theme retina compatible. One retina technology reaches more than one device from one manufacturer, we’ll of course consider it for our themes.

Quick question though, is it possible to link a specific portfolio category to a menu item? or obtain a url that links to a specific portfolio category so i can use it in the menu?

Theme looks great, and I’m really close to buying it. Just one question… I’m a writer, so I’d like the ‘recent projects’ images on the homepage to link to blog-style pages to showcase my writing samples. Same deal for the portfolio page. Is that possible?

Hmm, it’s not something which is possible as-is, however you may be able to get the help of a developer to change the current style of the portfolio pages to make them more like blog pages. Think that would be the only solution.

Yes, you can disable each section individually and choose how many to show.

Intending to get this for a client and was just wondering if you can turn the lightbox off for the portfolio items and simply link to a page from each thumbnail. There’s no example of that in the demo.

Yes, you can disable the lightbox from the theme options panel

Thanks Orman! Last question, is that a widget bar on the side of the portfolio page (like you have in Garnish). I’m hoping to add a widget under the portfolio text content.

It’s not no, it’s the portfolio’s content section. You could widgetise that area but it would take a little modification from a developer.

The similar projects are built into the template itself. It wouldn’t take much time at all for a developer to add a widget area under the portfolio text.

Awful. The amount of customization within the theme is a joke. Compared to how many options ProPhoto 4 has, this doesn’t even come close. Totally feel ripped off.

None of our themes include a HUGE array of customisation levers or switches I’m afraid, as designers we choose to make considered design decisions when creating themes rather than copping out as it were and including the kitchen sink.

I’m sorry you feel ripped off, nobody likes that. You can of course contact TF support to pursue a refund if you believe the theme was missold in any way.

I have a pre-order question.

1# Below the slider on the homepage, can the content be displayed in a 2 column format?

2# Can the homepage menu be stationary? For example, it stays put at the top so that no matter how much scrolling you do, the homepage is always there.

3# Can I add the facebook, instagram, twitter etc. widgets to the top right of the page (where the homepage menu would be)?

4# Is there a search box feature?
