Good work ‘like it fast loading had to buy ’ sweet work
Can I get rid of the social page and put something else there or just get rid of it all together?
Hi, Can You send me the email with the step-by-step guide
Hey Danny,
Thank you for buying the theme! Removing the Social networks section is easy, just follow these simple steps:
- Open the index.html file included in the theme.
- Around line #19, you will see a link to Social, enclosed in an <li></li> tag, remove this line.
- Around line #144, you will see the Social Networks section. Simply remove all lines pertaining to the Social Networks section – that’s line #144 to line #169 on the original HTML file. When you try to view the page now, you will see that the Social networks section is now gone, however, the tabs on top is not aligned to the right anymore.
- To fix this, go ahead and open style.css.
- On line #150, you will see this “top: 6px; left: 360px;” – change 360px to 400px.
That’s it! 5 simple steps.
To put something else there and not remove it, simply edit the content of the Social networks section in index.html I mentioned earlier (line #144 to line #169).
About your question regarding the vCard download, make sure that your anchor tag (<a></a>) does not have a target attribute in it. That’s in line #43 on the original index.html file:
<a href=”your_vcard.vcf” id=”vcard” target=”_blank”>vCard</a>
Make sure that no target attribute is inserted there. So in this example, this should only be:
<a href=”your_vcard.vcf” id=”vcard”>vCard</a>
Hope this helps!

Cricket
Hi. Great file! It works a charm in Firefox…but I had a few issues previewing the files in other browsers before they were uploaded. Other than that – awesome file!
There appears to be some kind of browser issue. I’ve not encountered anything like this before when editing templates, but the file works fine live unedited, in all browsers. But as soon as ‘basic’ changes are made to the template. I.e. changing a portfolio image name, a social username and standard contact details, the saved files can’t be viewed in IE8 and Safari, but they all work fine in FireFox.
Any solution to fix this? As it appears any edits made to the template, no matter how small, don’t seem to work in any browser other than Firefox.
Some info that might help you sort out a fix to the browser problem…If viewed in Firefox the address bar shows ‘domain.com’ and when you visit other pages it remains at ‘domain.com’ throughout all pages. But once edited and you attempt to view pages in IE and Safari the ‘domain.com’ that you would see throughout the site in FireFox changes to ‘domain.com/portfolio.html’ in IE/Safari when you go to the portfolio page and when this happens you get a 404 page not found error in all browsers other than Firefox. This is the same for every page (social/contact etc) other than the index, which works fine.
Note that the only edits made to the template are basic word edits in the HTML . No HTML code or CSS has been changed.
wonderful work. one of the nicest vCards I’ve seen out there. If this was compatible with or written for wordpress then it would win over all of them, hands down!

Is it possible to show a twitter feed on this?
