Hi We have upgraded and yet: - images aren’t aligned - search.php doesn’t exist or doesn’t work - localization won’t work. Codestyling Localization plugin says there are critical errors in the theme: http://cl.ly/image/1E0M0m3h2t34
So, so far I’m going to give it 1 star or minus star, and it’s not because of the errors
onlybut because of the feeling of being totally lost and unsupported. If you want to make a living out of selling themes, you also need after sales customer support, forum or sth.I might report this to themeforest. It’s amazing they sell themes from authors who don’t give support for the bugs.

I have already emailed you and no response whatsoever beyond the typical “I’ll take a look at your issues soon bla bla . BR” I even sent you already the admin details (which I can send you again, if u r really going to fix the bugs)
Of course I would change my rating if the support were just fair.
We can’t update theme bcs the customizations will be lost but I assume you can fix the bugs anyway if you can access the site.
Search.php: we had to hardcode it, it doesn’t look nice but anyway. Broken links: any link to a category, tag archive is broken, it takes you to home. That happened since day 1 of installation. Translation: I had to translate strings on each php file. Image alignment: we had to find a temporary fix. I’m not sure it’ll work.

the authorhas finally contacted me through email and has fixed some of the bugs. Yet, some bugs or weird behavior is still there: - > Spaces won’t show. You have to add manually - > There’s a Read more button at the end of single entry/post (Full entry). - > Site is not responsive.Hope all these bugs get fixed asap and you can enjoy a powerful theme in the end.
Oh, ah….the lists inserted with the shortcode won’t show. Neither the “ul li”

Hi Wael, Thanks for you reply. Problem. 1. there is no line 529 in columns.css final line is: linke 374 2. I can’t find .page_slides .flexslider .slides in columns.css i have found .flexslider .slides and made the change but it is still the same.

About portfolio slider you need to add form option panel > home layout builder > and add portfolio slider 2
to set you portfolio page option panel > Portfolio setting > Your portfolio page

I tried updating to the new version but the website keep coming messed up.. so i went back to the old version.. all i need is to fix the slider on the smartphone version of the website.. at the moment the slider doesnt show the full image on the smartphone. please let me know what i can do to fix the slider on smartphone.

Besides, now we have tons of breaking spaces bw paragraphs …and yet we don’t know where to translate the “posted”, “by”, etc of the blog page.

on the home page the sliders dont work… I put images where it says Slides and nothing comes up. I went into the backend and replaced the image file static with an image for now but i need the images to slide. how do I get this to work?

First thanks for your willingness to fix the bugs…but many bugs are still there:
1) The “read more” button shows at the end of each FULL article: http://clientes-optimoclick.es.mialias.net/vilarovira/?p=1
2) Shortcodes won’t work: lists won’t show up. And when you add any of the portfolio slider shortcodes to a page, at the end of the text, the slider will show at the top of the page, messing all layout: http://cl.ly/image/331j293Z0Y3l

Right well there after alot of issues the site is finally resolved.
The theme does potentially have alot of power, however if you want to get your hands messy and try some custom CSS or PHP it becomes difficult.
I would like to add some custom CSS and for some reason the CSS field in styling does nothing?
I am entering this CSS below to change the current page menu text to be grey.

Wael has been in contact with me and regarding the issues in Egypt he has managed to resolve things for me.
The support for this theme is down to something terrible going on, not one person being lazy.
