The active navigation element shown in your screen shot is not working in IE7 and I guess, IE6 ..

Is it possible to control the loop function for quotes—interior pages only? I want a single loop only.

The JS for the quote rotater is in events.js (starting on line 6). You can edit it there or duplicate it to make a second set of options just for the interior pages. The plugin used is Cycle, and they have a bunch of great information on their page
