Hi razzc,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail, unfortunately it’s not compatible with that plugin since that plugin requires some specific code.

Regards.

Hi razzc, Are your templates compatible with these guys: http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-email-newsletter-plugin/149180

Yours sincerely.

Hi SvetlanaMaier,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail, the plugin’s author mentioned “You can use any email template available. But they are not simply plug and play, a few modifications may be required. It’s best to open up the demo template and copy the parts in.”

Regards.

Here I found the calendar icon?

Gifky

Hi bwinfo,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, not sure if I understand your question :)

If you are searching for the calendar icon, you will find it in the PSD file Color-Elements.psd located in each color scheme.

1. Is there a pricing table template?

2. Does this come with a template builder?

Thanks for your answer.

Gifky

Hi lfarrow,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail, unfortunately this template doesn’t include a pricing table (you may want to look at Delicious Mail and Ninja Mailer both have pricing tables).

The template doesn’t come with a template builder, but it’s well commented so it’s very easy to just copy/paste the modules from layout to another to create your own layout.

Hello—just sent an email, need assistance with AWeber, as no documentation was included for this client.

Thanks!

Gifky

Hi adminsuperwoman,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, just sent you email with the instructions for using the template in Aweber.

Regards.

hello: I am trying to use this theme in Mail Chimp. I made all of the changes per the instructions under Mail Chimp and the images will not show up.

I also manually edited the code with the absolute paths for all images/ and the images still do not appear.

Can you assist?

Gifky

Hi edellatorre08,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, images shouldn’t have the absolute paths when you upload the template to Mailchimp, just change the paths back to the short one and make sure there is no spaces in images names then compress the images folder and the layout you want to use and upload it to Mailchimp, if images still not showing send me copy of the compressed file to gifkynet {@} gmail.com so I can inspect it.

Regards.

Thank you that worked!!

That’s great, you are welcome :)

Can this template be used in Constant Contact and do you have instructions on how for that? I see there are instructions for MailChimp.

Gifky

Hi wedo_worldwide,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, yes you can use this template in Constant Contact here are the steps:
  1. Upload the images folder of the layout you want to use to your hosting/website and covert all images locations in the layout to absolute linked to the online location (as covered in the documentation)
  2. Open the layout in any text or HTML editor and copy all the HTML code
  3. Go to Constant Contact and create new email choose to use your code, in Email Layout choose Advanced Editor, clear all the code there and paste the HTML code of the newsletter.

Regards.

MUST you use photoshop to edit the images or can you use another program?

Gifky

Hi edellatorre08,

You can use Photoshop or Fireworks to edit PSD files, or the free alternatives (not sure if they will work though!): GIMP and Paint.NET.

Regards.

Can the Clean newsletter template be edited with Mail Chimp’s visual editor?

Gifky

Hi rtrentthompson,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail, yes the documentation covers importing it into Mailchimp so images and text can be edited in the visual editor, if you want to duplicate/remove content blocks should be done in the “code” tab (it’s just easy copy & paste process!).

Regards.

I love this, but any chance of it becoming responsive or mobile-friendly?

Gifky

Hi wendyalison,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, at the moment there is no plans to release responsive version of the template because it would require coding everything again, as of being mobile-friendly it’s optimized for webkit browsers (iPhone, iPad) and it relays on the device itself to scale the layout.

Regards.

Gifky,, Great template. Can you send me the info on using this template with Aweber?

Thanks!

Gifky

Hi jrseaman,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, here are the steps to use the template in Aweber:

1- Choose which layout you want to use and upload its “images” folder to your hosting server/website.

2- Change images location in the layout to to read from the new location where you uploaded the images folder, here is how to do it: open the layout you want to use in Notepad (or any text editor) and (Ctrl + H) for the “search and replace” function, write images/ and replace each of the results with the URL of the images folder you uploaded to your hosting server/website and then save the layout and copy all of html text (Ctrl + S then Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C). For example if you uploaded the images folder to: http ://website.com/newsletter/images/ then you have to replace:

images/ with http ://website.com/newsletter/images/

3- go to Aweber and compose a new message, scroll to the bottom of the message screen and select “Source” and paste the HTML code ( Ctrl + V), switch back to the design by clicking “Design”.

If you need any other help feel free to contact me via my profile contact form.

Regards.

How do I edit the logo, date, and forward links container height? I want to make it smaller. Thanks.

Gifky
Gifky Author

Hi hst151975,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail. To make this row’s height smaller you need to edit the value of padding in two td elements (one which contains logo and second one with links). You will find 4 values in the padding (first one is the value of the space from top, and the third value is space from bottom) you can make those values smaller to reduce height of this row.

If you have any other questions feel free to contact me via my profile contact form.

Hi lfarrow,

Thanks for purchasing Clean Mail, unfortunately there is no pricing table module included in this template, and there is no short code which would create one.

Hi

Do these templates work with cake mail?

Thank you

Gifky

Hi jds1708,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail. According to this CakeMail supports importing your HTML templates so Clean Mail should work there.

Hi,

Is there anyway you can send over the instructions to make this compatible with AWeber? I want to use it as a template and I have the HTML/CSS skills necessary to edit the code (creating drop-fields using AWeber’s theme language, etc). Thank you!

Gifky

Hi salmanmerch,

Thanks for your interest in Clean Mail.

If you want to be able to use Aweber’s editor you need to follow Aweber’s instructions. Try to find it in the help, support etc… otherwise you need to edit the template outside Aweber and use Aweber only for sending.

Here are the steps to use the template in Aweber:

Regards.
