Any idea why the lightbox wouldnt be working for this theme?

I have disabled it for now but here is the link anyway:

Hi, Kriesi. Nice theme! I am very pleased with the quality of your work and am having a blast customizing it for a project I’m working on.

Question: I’m using the index_news.html page for the home slider. Is there a way for the news items listed on the right to automatically scroll and change images rather than having to hover and click? Also, how do I adjust the size of the right side vertical news list, the size of the corresponding photo window and the size of the transparent text box that lays over the photo?

Does anyone know if this theme would support the use of several different authors?

My goal is to have a portfolio site that is a collection of designers. One portfolio view will sort everyone’s work by art director, copy writer, etc, while a different portfolio link would sort out the work based on the designer.

I know that sounds complicated, but I think it’s doable if i just get the right theme as a starting point.
