no, ive set the theme text domain but the mo file was must be created by the user
Do you mean that you’ve used e() and _() functions in your theme and that I just have to create my own .mo file? If it is the case that’s great!

not sure if i get you right. you can create multiple porfolio pages and they can share content or have identical content but they cannot point to the same page url.

well done. Just wondering what happened to the footer. Can you insert widgets for pages, tags clouds etc… for that or did you leave it out completley on purpose?
I left it out on purpose but if you need a footer with widgets and know only a little about html and wordpress you simply can add the widgets to the footer.php file

quick question – can you turn off the Light box feature on the portfolio pages. Basically I just need thumbs, that link to sub pages, and the Big Image is on the sub page. Make sense?

I also want to clarify the portfolio pages. I see from the admin screen shot that you can create multiple portfolio pages and filter them so each has unique or the same content. So, I assume the various portfolio pages can appear as separate menu items or sub menu items in the menu?

One more. I see in the demo that you can have different sized sliders in the content area. Is it possible to resize the slider on the home page so it doesnt take so much vertical space? Id like to trim it by 50 pixels or so vertically if possible so more of the featured articals are vissaible without scrolling.
yes this is possible. you would need to change the settings variable vor the resizing script in functions.php for the large images and maybe tweak a few lines of css. not to hard to manage
