Hi, What is Envato policy? How its controlled on how many webiste i have used? If this theme is posisble to use only for one website then Qreator wordpress should come cheaper because it includes 6 different themes. and I can use it for 6 different websites, right?
Q-styles are held to help you to set up your site, you may choose one of them, but you can’t use all 6 styles at once – they are like demo content. Envato doesn’t allow to use one theme for few sites.
No one can’t check how many sites you’ve elaborated. But our support has information about all user’s purchases from cmsmasters, so they won’t provide help for those who haven’t purchased theme again for the new web site.
I bought this template but demo dosent work and photos what came are just black photos? why its like this way? And slider dosent work. How i can add photos on slider?

We don’t sell images, they were used for preview only. You should understand that demo content helps you to set your site up, but not fill it with actual content.
I have header menu in multiple rows but i want it will be only in one row? How i can do that?

Just specify menu from the list in Appearance/Menus.

So you actually haven’t read our “How to” instructions, right? I did and I went step by step. Now it works. How come? Can it becasue i turned on breadcrumb? I turned off mostly all plugins but it didnt helped me.
As you had some “Site-on-the-go” plugin (sorry, I don’t know the real name) I couldn’t see how your site worked before. The only thing is clear – it looks fine now, when this plugin is off. So most likely this was just one or few of your plugins
How I can make Widget “CMSMS- Custom Text With Icon” as link. I use it on my first pages point out my services and I want when someone clicks on title, icon or description, it will go automatically on correct pages. In another way saying it works like big button. Thank you
My Second question is how i can put sharing buttons to next follow buttons. I want that people can share my website very fast and easily? right now its possible only share post but not pages and not full website. Or i am missing something/. Thank you

Hello, i purchased your theme and wanted to use it in an intranet with WP Multisites, but when i want to activate the theme for a specific site it stops working, and throws a 500 error, also im not able to access the Site´s Dashboard anymore, when i go back to the defaut´s theme it works fine. Do you have any idea why this is happening? Thanks a lot!
How about install original WordPress (without plugins)? http://wordpress.org/download/
Most likely your WP has plugins already. So this may be a reason. Once we had a similar problem, and it was fixed by original WP installation.
If you’ve been using multisite, then probably this issue was caused with Cleanple and Jetpack incompatibility, so next time when you’ll upload our theme first you should make sure you have no Jetpack, you may add it or any other plugin after theme activation and adding our demo content. But actually you may face some other issues with Jetpack, such as non-working slider.
We don’t guarantee compatibility with any additional plugins.

Hey! Great theme, but I want to remove the shadowing from the text. I tried looking for CSS drop shadow attributes and Jquery shadow applications but can’t find where this feature is being added.
How do I disable the shadows?

The shadows are regulated by text-shadow:{} in style.css

Wonderful Cleanple Theme so far. Just one thing that has been bothering me.
I am in the visual editor, and I write a paragraph, press return, and continue to right another paragraph, then another.
When I view the page, the paragraph is not there, and all the sentences are running together.
I am using Google Chrome when inside the wp-admin.
I don’t want to have to change the theme just because this isn’t working for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
