With opencart 2.0.1 and The newest version of the theme, hitting enter on search box (instead of clicking the magnifying glass icon) results in not properly submitting the search term, instead, only a blank index.php?route=product/search
Could you look into this please?
Hi, what’s your URL?
You can send me a message from my contact form http://themeforest.net/item/clearshop-responsive-opencart-theme/5213165/support
Hello – I’m running OC 126.96.36.199 – I noticed this is only up to date til 2.0.1.
Could you advise if this theme is compatible? Just wanted to check before purchasing.
I’m in the process of updating the theme. The main difference is the captcha code which changed on OC.2.0.2.
Most other features will work without problems.
I’ll upload the files but it will be available in 2 days because the Themeforest staff must approve the update.
Fantastic – thank you for your quick response – I’ve purchased the theme, can’t wait to use it
Sorry to be a bother – but I do not appear to have the “boxed” main layout option? My admin panel only contains “Main Layout” and in that dropdown list I have Responsive Large / Responsive Normal / No Responsive. Could you please advise?
Thank you for your purchase.
The skins appear under the ‘Backgrounds’ tab.
Check it out.

I’m thinkig buying this theme, however I need to know if it’s posible to configure the store to portuguese?
Yes, you can use Clearshop and translate your site to Portuguese – or any other language.
Get the language files on the OpenCart repository. Example http://goo.gl/XdegfR
Upload the files and configure your language on System > Localisation > Languages
Thank you for your interest.
Thank for the reply.
Can you clarify me if:
1. Can I install a sign-up form for newslleter?
2. Can I add custom fields into client account? For eg. a field for VAT number?
Forgive if I dont’ make the questions all at once, but I keep remenbering news issues that are important for my business.
1. Yes, but you need an extension. Or use a service like Mailchimp and use the script to embed the form.
2. You can also use an extension. Otherwise it would require some coding on different files. Adding extra fields to the theme it’s easy but you need to change OpenCart core files to make them work.
Don’t worry. If you have further questions just let me know.
is it just the template by itself or does it also come with a quick install version where opencart and the template are included at the same time? quickstarts are for people to quickly install a system and make it look like the demo right away.
The package includes the template files only. There are files for OpenCart 1.5.x and 2.0.x. But there’s no quick start version.
I am thinking buying this template: this is amazing! Looks great and simple, as I always wanted!
I have never used any of opencart, wordpress etc systems. I made my own websites using html and css through FTP (sometimes easy scripts), amateur level .
My question is if I would be able (after purchasing your nice template ) to add some new html files ( for my articles, news etc ) into the system using ftp?
Hope to hear soon from you!
With OpenCart you can add information pages with custom HTML content but directly in the admin panel.
It’s possible to upload and link external HTML pages too but it will require a lot of work to integrate with OpenCart.
OpenCart (like WordPress and similar systems) is designed to avoid the hassle to create pages manually. You can check the OpenCart demo here http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=demonstration/demonstration
Clearshop theme changes the presentation but the admin panel is the same.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Quitar el paso 3 en la caja de ffct.cc, es válido para clearshop 1.2.0, yo lo he probado y no me funciona.

hi, the image in the product page is a little too big. can it be minimized and the content of add to cart be moved to center for a bit? as i have some options for customer to choose…
Yes. It’s easy to reduce the image width. Then, the add to cart column will be moved to the center automatically. Just a matter or changing the CSS classes in catalog/view/theme/clearshop/template/product/product.tpl.
For example, instead of col-sm-8 it could be col-sm-6. That will reduce the image container.
So happy with your Fortuna theme for PR that I’ve decided to buy another theme for Vanity Noir and after browsing Fortuna again, I discovered two new themes! I really like Clearshop so I think I’ll buy that one. It’s wonderfully clean and fresh with lots of whitespace.
Thanks for another great OpenCart theme!
Thank you. I’m glad you like Clearshop.
Email me if you have any questions.
Love ClearShop so far! As usual, excellent OC theme.
I encountered two issues I’d love you to look into for me.
1) inserting font awesome icons in your options panel >> header >> header widget. It’s stripping the <i class="fa fa-truck" /> from the source. Can you please fix this for me.
<i class="fa fa-truck" />
2) The image manager popup box width and height seems to be overridden by your theme options panel. I need this removed as I have set my own width and height for the manager.
Sorry Luis – I’ve also discovered that my custom background tile image will not display. I even tried the “Black” skin version, and selected tile “39” from your choices and the tile does not display either. Am I doing something wrong?
I sent you an email.
Is your site online? Please, send me the URL.
Excellent customer support. Fixed my issues in ten minutes! Awesome.
How I can use latin extended fonts in this template, for example if I want to use this font:
<link href=’https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans+Condensed:300,300italic,700&subset=latin,latin-ext' rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’>
font-family: ‘Open Sans Condensed’, sans-serif;
It’s easy to do.
First, it must be added to the fonts list in admin/view/template/module/clearshop.tpl Following the pattern of the existing fonts.
Then on the template file header.tpl replace “latin, cyrillic” with “latin,latin-ext”.
After that just select the font on the admin panel.
It’s the same for any other Google font
