HI i just need to make a layout for the calendar section where there are 3 calendars listed on the page one per person as each person in the business needs to have their own calendar any help as to how this can be done please i thought that maybe creating 3 form-calendar.js files and then changing the #calendar to #calendar1, #calendar2, #calendar3 in the js files and then changing the div ids to be the same would work but it dosnt work.

any help would be good please.

Dear friend,

thank you for your message. As for your issue, it is not necessary to replicate three times the file “form-calendar.js”

First of all you need to add other two divs compared to . (f.e. ) in your html file (or php or .net or whatever technology you’re currently using).

Then, try to replicate the function “create calendar” twice in your file form-calendar.js, by changing the references to calendar2 and calendar 3.

Here’s an example:

var calendar2 = $('#calendar2').fullCalendar({
            buttonText : {
                prev : '<i class="fa fa-chevron-left" />',
                next : '<i class="fa fa-chevron-right" />'
            },
            header : {
                left : 'prev,next today',
                center : 'title',
                right : 'month,agendaWeek,agendaDay'
            },
            events : [{
                title : 'Meeting with Boss',
                start : new Date(y, m, 1),
                className : 'label-default'
            }, {
                title : 'Bootstrap Seminar',
                start : new Date(y, m, d - 5),
                end : new Date(y, m, d - 2),
                className : 'label-teal'
            }, {
                title : 'Lunch with Nicole',
                start : new Date(y, m, d - 3, 12, 0),
                className : 'label-green',
                allDay : false
            }],
            editable : true,
            droppable : true, // this allows things to be dropped onto the calendar !!!
            drop : function(date, allDay) {// this function is called when something is dropped

Hi, I purchased your wonderful template and I would like to convert it for using it in asp.net mvc? How should I do this? I did a try and I renamed index.html in index.aspx but then none jquery element did work. Does anybody know how to convert the template to asp.net?

Thank you.

Dear friend

thank you for your message and your feedback :)

Clip-One is an html template made with jQuery and Bootstrap3. In order to turn it into .net technology, you’ll need to rename the extension from html to .net, but please remember to create the necessary Server-Side scripting.

Hope it helps :)

I’m getting Maximum call stack size exceeded when you go http://www.cliptheme.com/preview/admin/clip-one/login_example1.html and go forgot username and click sumit. it’s happening on all the browser. What’s the solution ?

Cliptheme

Hello dear friend,

to fix your problem, you only need to put an action in the form having class “form-forgot (f.e. <form class=”form-forgot” action=”forgot.php”>); The same process applies to all the other forms of the log-in.

We did not mention all the forms in the example, since the management of the submits is related to the server side scripting process. which, if you want Clip-One to work, is up to you ;)

hope it helps :)

I have a problem with file upload in modals under IE11. It doesn’t work! Even just using plain vanilla <input type=”file” name=”File” />. It works fine in non-IE browsers, and it works fine with ‘compatibility mode’ enabled in IE11. Any suggestions?

Default-user

Hi – I’m just using the out-of-the-box template with the supplied plugins etc. If I put an input type=file within a modal, the file selector is fired when clicked, and I can choose a file from my local drive, but the file name is not returned to the input field and then of course submit does not fire. I have tried removing all classes from the input statement but it still doesn’t work even with the most basic syntax.

This works fine outside modals, and it works fine on all the other browsers I have tested except for IE11. If I put IE11 into “compatibility mode” it works, but this causes other problems with display etc. so is not a fix.

I’ve had to create a workaround for the time being for IE11 users by having them click through to a plain white page with a file upload button. Not ideal but it gets round the problem whilst we look for a solution.

I can’t give you a sample URL because it’s on a secure system with a live database but if you want to see the whole HTML for a sample page I can send this to you.

Finally I have found the cure … not sure if it’s just stupid user error (probably) or something that needs looking at in the template, but here goes…!

The problem was that the <form … declaration was INSIDE the modal-body div and the </form> was OUTSIDE the modal-footer div.

I moved the <form … declaration ABOVE the modal-body div and voila! Works a charm.

Which I guess is as it should be really … and there’s me berating internet explorer!

Hangs head in shame at the amount of time this has taken …

Dear friend, thank you for your message. We are currently having some problems with our server, which unfortunately delayed our responses. Thank you for understanding.

As for your issue, you can find the Revolution Slider complete documentation in the folder: “frontend\clip-one\assets\plugins\revolution_slider\documentation”. The documentation is really detailed so I am pretty sure you will find a solution to your problem too.

If the problem persists though or if you have specific requests, please get back to us. We will open a ticket with Themepunch, which is the author of the plug-in, and will be happy to help ;)

I can’t find anything in the support file about the main side navigation. It is a bit confusing because there are multiple items marked “active”. What do I need to do to make a page open up the navigation. Is it the class “active open” on the parent li then active on the sub?

Figured it out. I thought it may have been controlled by js.

Can you point me in the direction on how to use your tabs with ajax.

Cliptheme

Hi there, glad you figured out the problem. As for this issue, just try a script like the following:

$('.tabs').bind('change', function (e) {
    var now_tab = e.target // activated tab

    // get the div's id
    var divid = $(now_tab).attr('href').substr(1);

    $.getJSON('xxx.php').success(function(data){
        $("#"+divid).text(data.msg);
    });
})

Hope it works :)

Dear friend,

sorry, I accidentally overlooked your comment.

As for your issue, if the logo becomes smaller when you scroll down the page, it is perfectly normal. If you are referring to some other issue, I am afraid I am gonna need more details :)

Thanks for your cooperation.

Excellent theme. I am having a little trouble trying to get your side menu to work with an ASP Menu Control. Specifically getting the CSS to line up correctly. Could I ask for some tips?

Hello! it is possible to load the modal from the header(location:home.php?..

Cliptheme

Hello dear friend! sorry for the late reply, as you maybe can see from the previous comments, we’ve been experiencing some problems with our server.

As for your question: You certanly can. Basically, you can load the modal from wherever you like :)

Hi. Your theme is very nice. Before I buy this thema I tried it on IE8 and Iphone 4s. Both the frontend that the backend does not work. First, it is very very slow, if you resize the browser takes a long time to refresh. Second, the items on the frontend home page are misaligned.

Thanks

How to make navbar small left sidebar by default? Thanks.

Cliptheme

By simply adding the class, “navigation-small” to the body element.

Thanks for your message and enjoy your purchase, dear friend ;)

I bought this template for RTL usage, I want to mention some points as reviews,

1) I hardly recommend this template for RTL usage.

2) There are some small point which you can solve it easily. it is based on bootstrap and jquery so there is no problem.

3) I integrated the template with symfony2, it breaks down smoothly and goes to Twig templates.

4) Documentations isn’t that rich, but it is Ok! by using firebugs you can make what ever you want

Special thanks to fastidious and tasteful designer !

Purchased your theme and having problems firing off (loading) the ‘daterangepicker’ pop-up/input. Made sure I have all the CSS and JS links working and in the proper folders. Might there be another issue I’m not aware of and should check?

Thank you.

Not really the problem now…the issue is coming from me changing (removing) JavaScript links at the bottom of any pages for plugins I don’t need or use. For example, I don’t need the ‘ckedit’ plugin and removed the JS line—the page didn’t load properly and the calendar (daterangepicker) stopped working. As mentioned/asked in a couple of comments/messages before…do I need to change code or remove another parts to make my page work without so many plugins I don’t need? Appreciate a quick reply to this issue as soon as possible…I’m on a tight deadline at this point. Thank you.

Cliptheme

Dear friend,

every page contains a related .js file which activates all the plug-ins (e.g. the page form_elements.html is associated to the file form-elements.js etc.). If you do not want to use the plug-in, you will first need to remove all the associated files, then to open the .js associated to the page and finally remove the recalls to the no more existing plug in the function “init”.

Ex: If you don’t want to activate the plug in inputlimiter in form-elements.js, just remove the line “runInputLimiter();”

I really hope this can help you. Please let me know if it works. ;)

Dear,

I have a problem with RTL version (Mobile and Tablet sizes), look at the following link : https://www.dropbox.com/s/n2ussulizr990m8/clipOne_issue.PNG

I’m waiting !

Cliptheme

Dear friend,

thank you very much for your message and sorry for the late reply. You can easily fix your issue by adding the following css code within the media query (@media (max-width: 767px)), in the file rtl-version.css (assets/css/rtl-version.css):

@media (max-width: 767px) {

    body.rtl .form-horizontal .form-group > div {
    float: none;
    }
    body.rtl .form-horizontal .form-group > label {
        float: none;
        text-align: right;
    }
...
}

Please let me know if it works ;)

Please let me know if I can use datatables editor plugin (https://editor.datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html) with ClipOne. It’s important to me

Cliptheme

Hi there, thank you for your message!

The documentation of datables.net contains pretty extensive information. Anyway, in a few weeks the updated version of Clip-One will be released. Here you will find several examples of datables uses.

So, stay tuned ;)

Hi please include for the next version a right sidebar with a chat. you have prediction for the next version? maybe a link to the new tasks in progress? thanks

Cliptheme

Dear friend,

thank you very much for your suggestion, which by the way is already on our top-list. The update version will be released by the beginning of July, so stay tuned ;)

Default-user

hi, was not implemented in version 4.x as promised! And now? = (

Cliptheme

Dear friend,

please don’t be disappointed. I am sure you know that this kind of implementation requires much work and a little more time than usual. It was technically impossible to integrate it in the current release, but we will make sure it will be online very soon, promised!
