Hello, I really like this website template and purchased it some time ago. I have 2 issues(probably me), I’ve tried updating the clockstone.js setting the thumbnails to false but I continue to see them, I also tried viewing the home page in IE 9 and I get no slideshow nor drop down menus. Again excellent site.

There’s a documentation in the theme archive. You can easily elaborate your site after studying our “How to”. It’s the index.html file in the \DOCS\ folder.
Open it with your browser. But I think the chapter for the contact form is not that detailed. No coding instructions.

Hi, Harlem. Yes, we know about it and made an update. Now Clockstone has 1.3.1 version.

Please, download fresh theme archive from Themeforest. And follow README instructions given in the “Update” folder.

Great template – however I want to be able to have normal ratio horizontal pictures and verticle pictures in the galleries.

Are there any modifications to allow verticle pictures in the galleries ?

Sorry, I don’t know why the previous comments is not showing properly… here is another attempt to post:

I have setup my Intranet templates and locally all the pages work just fine, especially on the Firefox and I.E. 8. However, when I upload the files on the server and I test, Firefox is fine, but I.E. 8 has many issues:

1. The TAB pages: when I click on the tabs many times, the text and the link disappear from one of the tabs. I have to slightly scroll up or down for it to reappear. Any Solutions would be appreciated.

2. The portfolio page does not show the content’s white background no matter what I do. Instead, I see the page background. All other pages are fine. Any ideas?

3. I have a suspicion that it may be the first two lines: ...

Our company servers are very old and are made only to run internally (INTRANET) with Internet Explorer 8 (with Windows 7), which I have no control. Is there a way I could “simplify” or replace the first two lines as I tried to “play” with them but not much success (not to familiar, etc.? How?

I bought your theme, and Lightbox isn’t working. Followed the steps, registered at the forum and it says I can not access, even thoug I entered my purchase code….

This template looks great, but when installing it gives several errors, like google maps, lightbox etc.. I understand you want to protect your theme for illegal downloads, but the people that are actually buying the theme do not have an appropriate response (everything through the bulltin hich actually doesn’t work for me).

I’m encountering a serious problem

Google maps API version 2 has been depreciated and can only be used until the 19th May 2013.

Google no longer generate new site keys – so currently there is no way to run the google maps API. You get an error message from any page without a proper site key.

Its not possible to remove the call to the google API, as the gallery pages then stop working.

Is there a fix so the gallery will work properly without the API call ? or a update to use version 3 google API ?

As to your question – in fact Clockstone theme was not initially released as a responsive theme (as listed in theme), and it would demand really significant changes to be applied to it to make it be a responsive theme. Applying changes like that goes beyond free support policy. Appreciate your understanding.

I see that you are currently working on a new version of the Wordpress theme. Your site is also down for maintenance. Is there any way for us to be notified when the updated theme is available? I ask because the most recent version of WP doesn’t seem to be compatible with the current version of Clockstone. Even on a clean install with no plugins, my WP dashboard is barely functional and many buttons (Add Media/Featured Image/etc) also no longer work.

Hello, I can see you took down the theme? My Admin Panel panel is not working and when I click “Add Media” in a new post, nothing happens (since I updated to wordpress 3.8.1)

Thank you. I just submitted a ticket. When I went to retrieve my purchase code, it indicated the theme had been removed by either Staff or the Author. Does that mean further updates/ upgrades are no longer available?

I posted above about the issue with the Wordpress theme 2 months ago. I submitted a ticket and have still not received a reply. My Wordpress admin panel is still mostly unusable after the recent update and I would like to know if I can expect a solution/update or if I should just ditch the theme entirely and go with another author.
