Clockstone - Ultimate Website Template

Hi,

I purchased the Clockstone WP Theme and had trouble setting up the slider on the homepage. I uploaded the demo to make things easier, but I still have the same issue. The homepage gives the slider description but no photo’s.

Do the photo’s need to be a specific size? Can you please help?

I downloaded your updates and updated the script.js file and the contact form and it still is not working.

Could you tell me if this template comes with complete instructions for modification? I’m pretty new to this and will need to know how to move around in the varied files to make changes.

Hi there,

When I change the font sizes in the admin panel, the font changes don’t occur. For example, I want to change the H1 Heading Font Size, but I don’t see any changes.

Am I missing something with setting a certain folder permission?

first I wanna say that template is great and it was great value for money.

I have small problem with setting up prettyphoto function. It is not working in php version but html version works fine. IE gives some sort of error in script.js.

Can you please check this?

Hello, i really like your theme, the problem is I’m trying to upload my logo but i can’t, i already watched all of your tutorials about it,and i follow it step by step, yet its not working.

Bought this some time back and while updating it ran into a small problem. I don’t seem to be able to find where the headlines are enable/disabled for the portfolio when the user changes view (1-4). For example if I change h4 to h6 both h3 and h6 headlines will show when the user hits 3. A little curious why one_block got its own class (one_block_text),while the others had to share a class (many_cols_text), would have made it more flexible.

Is it possible to change the home page layout so that I have a fixed image instead of a slider? Also, can I change the height of the image (reduce the height)?

Hello,

I have a question about the Clockstone theme from which I just bought the regular licence. When I try to install the ZIP file from my Wordpress Admin panel the browser shows me the installation progress of the theme on the bottom of the screen but when it hits 100% the browser shows a white screen with the message ‘Bad Gateway’. When I try the second option, copying the PSD or HTML files to wp-content/themes/clockstone by using FTP (Filezilla) the files will of course be copied but the theme will not show up in the themes page of my Wordpress Admin panel . Can someone tell me what the problem is?

Just purchased your template. Wondered if you could please guide me in how to change the home page layout to include a fixed image instead of the slider and also how to change the height (smaller) of the image that I use without affecting the template.

What is an eimage? Not heard of that before. If that is the simplest way to do it what are the steps please?

Also, how do I increase the space allocated for the logo graphic. I’ve managed to increase the width of my logo but changing the height of the space allocated in the template just runs over the menu. How do I change this please?

By the way I’ve tried to register for the support forum but am still waiting for a reply email with login details (registered yesterday). Any chance you could look at this for me too please?

Hi first of all thank u for this template, just a simple question. How can i change youtube link on index-anything without hidden the menu bar. ? know how to get and insert the code but when i open the page the sub menu is hidden by youtube video. Thanks in advance

I don’t understand your answer. I only purchased this template on the basis of your answer to my pre-purchase question: ‘Can I have a static image instead of the slider’, to which you answered ‘yes, yes’.

I don’t want coding support. I just want to know what I need to change to replace the slider with a static image.

If you are now saying this is not possible then please advise how I can get a refund as the template will be of no use to me.

As mentioned earlier, I purchased your template solely on the basis of your stating that I could definitely change the slider on a site template to a static image. You are now saying that this is not possible and you are not prepared to provide any help whatsoever.

I’m not impressed as this has wasted a lot of my time to come to this conclusion.

As already requested, I would appreciate your advice on how to get a refund from Themeforest for the money spent as I cannot use your template. It is completely useless to me.

bought. love the design. I have a 2 small question here… how I can change the button categories to become a combobox show my categories because i have 60 categories different, also I don´t know if it is possible after i choose the category If can make a search input beside the category combobox just to show me the item inside this category i selected.
