Hi, I have a suggestion for this nice theme. On header.php file the “wp_head” call should be inserted as last element, otherwise plugin which let to add CSS or JavaScript code cannot act after the main CSS is loaded and so cannot override the standard behavior of the theme.
Another modification should be a check on csc_ga_code: if empty the analytics code should not be printed: this way plugins adding the analytics code (most of the time customized for example to track the domain and not the host) do not create a duplication.

Ops, just a note: since you use the wp_head to inject some CSS, moving it cause the theme to not work properly. I usually suggest to leave wp_head for plugin while a theme, which knows what it needs into the head, add the CSS and JavaScript code in another way.

No, not a strange rule they are right, other plugins should register the action with the right priority to add their code after the enqueued scripts.
Hi, I have another question/proposal. On header you (eventually) register and enqueur the relative color style file. But its link tag will be added into the footer of the theme because it is registered “late” and injected by wordpress from the wp_footer action (which calls print_late_styles()).
So the colors are applied late to the theme and sometime it flickers a little, but my problem is that I cannot override some CSS rules into those color definition because I’m adding my rules in to the head. Of course I can create my color css but it should be better to enqueue yours into the functions.php file. May be you did it to include them after the typo-css.php?
Probably both can be enqueue putting the typo-css as dependence for the color css so they will be loaded in the right order or just include even the color css as done for the typo-css.

my site has comments with pagination, but it seems the pagination is not styled. Am I wrong? I saw the pagination is surrounded by a blog-comment-pagination but I’m not able to find any reference to that class inside the CSS.
