I would recommend using a service like Campaign Monitor or MailChimp to send your email blasts out.

Can’t really help you there as I’m not familiar with any newsletter plugins for WP, but if it allows you to use your own custom templates I’m sure you can just paste the Communiqué code in.

For anyone that is seeing the “Malicious Site Warning” when viewing the Live Preview, I apologize my site got hacked however I’ve since remedied the situation, removed the code and put in a request for review with Google to remove the Warning.
