I would recommend using a service like Campaign Monitor or MailChimp to send your email blasts out.
and what`s about a newslettertool in wordpress, when i send news from there directly?
Can’t really help you there as I’m not familiar with any newsletter plugins for WP, but if it allows you to use your own custom templates I’m sure you can just paste the Communiqué code in.
