I am also having this issue with the thumbnail. I did the CHMOD to the files and I updated the thumb.php file to 2.8.6. Still the thumbnails don’t show up.

Have purchased the config template and was wondering how/if I can do the following with the masonry style portfolio.
Can I crop or move the portfolio image so what it looks like on the portfolio page is different to the actual feature image in the linked page? Or can I have just 2 separate images for this so one to fit the portfolio layout and one to fit the featured image on the page?
You can have one featured image for video and then it’s a different image for the page link itself but for some reason this doesn’t work for just images.
So you can see what I mean – http://vfm.creativedevelopment.com.au/testimonials/ the picture in the top middle is cropped to look how I want it to look on that page. Now when you click through to the link – it blows it up to the width of the full featured image. http://vfm.creativedevelopment.com.au/portfolio_creations/the-best-salad/?tp=646 – is there some sort of code I can inject so that the featured image on the linked page is different to the featured image on the portfolio page?

Anyway there is only one featured image for both uses. Please use a larger image to get the image on the featured image in better quality.

Great theme!
Just purchased and ran into a small problem. I am trying to create a homepage design that will need several content boxes.
Ideally one content box which would be broken up into several columns, one more that would contain a pricing table and finally a third one for some general information.
How would I go about doing this? I know that I can do this in one content box however from an aesthetic perspective I think this kind of a break out would make for an attractive look.
Also on your home page you have on content box with three columns follow with another box to the right with a PDF download. Are there any instructions on how I could accomplish this?

our Homepage Design is build via one page content (Shortcodes inside for 3 columns) and the sidebar on the right side. You could take a look if you have imported our democontent.xml in the “home” page. If you want I can send you the Home content. In that case please write us so we get your email address.

The theme does not support several page contents as seperate blocks on one page. So a Shortcode Solution might be the only way, maybe like our Demo Homepage?

the teasers are build manually via the backend. There is no option to fill it automatically.
You could use the sidebar (on our example home page the “download icon”) and put in a widget like you see on the other example pages maybe.

there is no option for that since this is a core design part. But you could search in our main css (css/screen.php) for #sidebar .widgetdivider and #content .headpattern_big, #content .headpattern_medium and delete at least the line where the background url is defined. (Do not forget to backup the screen.php first
)

if you mean that the slider should always fill 100% of the screen width then no. You can change width and height of the slider in Pixel values only.

Hello, I purchased the Config theme. Have it installed on track.qubesites.com (This is a Multisite Installation) If you check the homepage, everything is ok except 1 issue 1) The teaser images aren’t showing up

we did not put in one of the named plugins but our code should not interfere with clean coded plugins. The optics might vary inside the theme because plugins can bring their own style with them.

Hello, I’ve bought your theme (really good theme btw) and I have some questions: 1. How to make correct works breadcrumbs in the portfolio single pages? At the moment it only show: Home » portfolio_single_page. I want: Home » main_portfolio_title » portfolio_single_page. Like on your demo. 2. Is it possible to add “next portfolio item” button to the single template page? Php code is good, I think it is not a big job but I can’t figure it out.

hi again I can’t get the Simple Press forum plugin to work with this theme. Some conflicts. I have turned off all other plugins but still happens. Clicking Reply or New Topic does not work – status bar shows ‘Script null(void)’ ?? Embedded youtube videos also appear to large. Any experience with this plugin or what is conflicting with the theme? thanks David

Hi guys, getting to grips with building my website. I have one basic question. Please remember I’m a noob. When you have accounts with other websites, for example Facebook, or an online magazine that I have created, they offer you some HTML code and say “just insert this into your site”. WHERE on earth would I insert such code? I go to the HMTL tab in page edit and it screws everything up.

Thanks, I have emailed you the details. But I am more worried that I have broken the Homepage slider just by changing the thumbnail size. Using the Parallax option the slider does not show at all. It does if i change it to simple. I have emailed the details of this too.

Hi guys, I really like the theme and it is working great! I wanted to extend the theme a bit, but apparently my JavaScript is not good enough
I wanted to add a Pinterest Button to the Lightbox which you can open for each of the portfolio pictures.
In the jquery.themepunch.lightbox.js in the section “THE DEEP LINK FUNCTION ” I added the following variable
I tried then to append it like you did with soc.data and soc.append, but it does not get shown.
Could you maybe mail an adapted lightbox.js to me?

What is the URL to a portfolio category?
For example: I have a Photography portfolio with a Fashion and Documentary category. What’s the URL to show only one of the categories?

sorry but a deeplinking into a portfolio category is not implemented in the used jQuery Plugin. An additional portfolio page might be a solution (maybe not visible in the menu?).

Hello, unfortunately another problem has occured with the theme I purchased. When I move the mouse onto the portfolio on the portfolio page, the more and link icons appear. When I click more, the lightblox works, when I click the link, I am directed to the portfolio page. But the link option offers another choice: the choice of leading the user directly to another page. Project Link: (Do you want to link direct to a project? Put the URL here.) But even if you add a link at the portfolio edit section, it does not work.
