1. are there any plans to fix theme display issues under iOS soon, and 2. are there any plans to perhaps introduce colour schemes? I know the colours are configurable through your admin module, but a web designer is much better at colours than any programmer / sysadmin that I know of.

thanks a lot for your feedback / question. We needed to postpone the update release, because some new Request came in the last minute. In the new update we also wish to add a better Lightbox handling, where height / width fits into the Browser Window, when browser window is smaller than original size of image.

We are working on using this theme, and have been developing a site here. At some point yesterday, the custom page templates stopped working, and every page comes up as a plain full-width default template page. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this?

I tried that but WP seems to just remove them automatically. Also, this doesn’t solve the homepage problem where ‘Professional Profile’ and ‘Freelance Services’ are all the way to the left and not to the right of the image. It’s like the CSS isn’t working.

Recently I made a change to my domain. Reconfigured my database admin and everything seems to be right, but the site’s pages are gone. Can you help me?
Just solve the problem with pages, but all images r gone. It’s the same problem we had last time, during the theme install. I had gived acess to files, but didnt work.

please check the file and folder permissions in config/functions/temp and cache too. Also the thumb.php in the functions folder should have execution rights.

1. Please use a colored background tile for that. You find that option in the “Config Options / Color&Styles / Site Background” (http://www.themepunch.com/config/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/config_background.jpg)
2. Please use the css/screen.php for that. Search for ”#sidebar_wrapper” and a line “text-shadow: 0 0 !important;” at the end of this block before the closing }

If I did not want the tile but a different color background how would I do that?

Thanks for your patience as you can see I am new to this – but how do I use that link to access the different colors? I went to “Config Options / Color&Styles / Site Background” and input the link in the “Background Tiled Image” window which was incorrect. Please tell me how to use the link to find those colored tiles so I can select one, thanks.

What we meant was that you could upload your own tile(small png 10×10 px for example) (one colored or with a pattern, or use our standard tile as basic and color it the way you want).

please unzip the file you have downloaded first and then upload only the theme folder named “config”. This is a common problem users have with all themes bought at TF so Envato also put up a video concerning this: http://wiki.envato.com/buying/support-buying/solving-broken-theme-issues/

Is it possible to have rotating images in the blogs? If not, what plugin would you recommend using because whenever I use WPBakery Visual Composer it pushes the blog content section way down the page and on the homepage it places a space between the header and the content.

sorry a feature like this is not included and unfortunately we have no experience with plugins like that.
I would recommend you ask for the help of WPBakery Visual Composer for a correct implementation of their plugin. What you describe sounds to me like the element which is placed in the main content is either too wide or breaks the float.

i’ve got it to work by replacing the favicon.ico file however the Config icon comes up for a couple of seconds before it changes to our logo. How do we amend this ?

we dont have option for that, but there is a small workaround. You can add a layer with a transparent png on the slide, and add a link to this transparent png. It will react like a button which is not visible.

Hi, I want to make the vertical dividers in the footer transparent so that you can see my background image – how do I make something no colour or transparent?
FYI : You asked why I haven’t purchased this template, we have had a web person purchase this template on our behalf and load to a temporary server so that we can load all of our content in through the editor before they switch it over and make it live so have limited knowledge of web code (I’m a designer not a web person), so would prefer to be able to change these sorts of colours through the editor.

sorry we have no option for that. Please open the footer.php in the theme root folder and search for the 3 lines (<div>) with the class name begining with “vert_divider_” and delete this 3 lines.

I’m lovin this theme now that I’m loading everything in – I’ve found most things I need but can you tell me how I can set the sub footer background colour to clear/transparent – I don’t want it to be a colour as I have a footer image behind it.
I’ve tried a few things in the screen.php.

the .po / .mo files are included in the download file. But they are only for the theme words.
On http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language you can get a link for your language that allows you to download files that turn your wordpress installation (the non theme files) into your desired language. You need the .mo and .po files for your language (Example link for german version here) There core wordpress .mo and .po files you downloaded go into your wp-content/languages folder. In the root of your wordpress installation you will find the wp-config.php file. Open it and change define(‘WPLANG’, ’’); to reflect your country language code, e.g.: define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’);.

I’m just loading up my gallery in the masonry portfolio and I have a couple of questions:
- The gallery page that has the tiled image in the demo had sub headings in the black squares – mine does not – how do I turn this feature on and where do I enter the text for it? The same subheading is shown in light grey in the lightbox under the main heading – I don’t have this either in mine.
- I also want to insert a ‘read more’ link into the lightbox text which I know I use for but how can make it a different colour to the rest of the links on my site – the rest of the links on my site are white so because the light box is white you can’t see the link – what code do I enter in this box to do this? It’s a one line drop down box field to enter for some reason.
- Where can I extend the maximum amount of text that is allowed to be entered into the lightbox caption – it’s cutting off what I have put in at a certain point.
- My images look like they are being automatically resized as they are fuzzy in each field – I’m loading them at the exact pixel height and allowing the width to be cropped in the thumbnail and full width in the light box – how do I stop these from being resized and the quality being reduced?
I know there is quite a few questions here but I’ve been through all of the comments to see if anyone else has asked and can’t find the answers so thank you so much in advance for your help!
