I have deleted the theme now and using another one, I would like a refund

I downloaded the zip file, opened it, and uploaded the connect_theme folder to my themes folder using FileZilla. I can’t see the Content Timeline or Slider Revolution plugins in the plugin area of the WP admin. I’m stumped. Also, is there a tutorial video or manual for the Connect theme? Thanks!

Hello, I cannot find a way to set links for the icons. I do not see instructions in this regard in the documentation. Please help. Thank you.

As cool as the theme looks and as much as i like some of the functionality it doesn’t work all that well. Half of the shortcodes take troubleshooting to get them to work (I had to follow another users instructions on his blog to change the php and get it to work), the “bonus” plugins dont work right, among other things. Don’t have time to waste with this product anymore.

Hello, i love the theme and almost done. But im having problems with Revolution Slider, tryed everything but just can’t make de width responsive. Can i get some help with that?

We would like to install Boostrap because we want to use collapse, but Boostrap doesn’t work with your theme. Do you know why ?

Moreover, the accordion doesn’t work : Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homez.425/.../themes/connect_theme/includes/shortcodes.php on line 394

The template at first was pleasant, it is a lot of mistakes during the work with it. At first I couldn’t adjust normally “Icon Menu”, and after its control on the main page aren’t shown to the picture and “Icon Menu”. The template looks for to the picture not in the template folder, and the folder of loading of Wordpress. I wrote to personal messages, but more than 12 hours there is no answer. To me to wait correction of a situation or to demand a refund?

I can’t upload or install template and plugins. I was able to manuali upload template into older version of Wordpress and it work but not plugins. I am 5 days late with this website and i need urgent assistance !

I ask to return me my payment. Why? 1 . The template isn’t localized. 2 . The template doesn’t support Cyrillic fonts: 2.1 . All style of a template is lost due to the lack of support of Cyrillics in basic a font. 2.2 . Mistakes at reduction of records of the block also appear different unprintable symbols. 3 . Subject very “heavy” and not optimum for SEO. 4 . Lack of expeditious support. And mistakes at installation arises much.

I already took a new template and removed all files of this template from the hosting and the computer

the theme is great, if you dont know how to setup a theme, and config it hire someone to do it.

stop crying around i want my money back and read the policy before you accept it.

For the rest, The theme is great, fast menou looks great and easy to config. It has 1 2 small bugs that i believe will be fixed quite soon

does anyone have problems with iphones and iPads?

just bought it beacause of the various color layout presets available in the preview as ‘chooose your style’, but unfortunately i can’t find any information about that! How do i set my installation with violet,orange, green or black color layout presets?

Hi, I hope you can help me. I selected this theme for a client. I haven’t purchased it yet but the client wants it to have the navigation on the left side (logo + nav) instead, and content in the middle. I’m not sure if you would have an option with this design that is like that, or if you have similar templates you can recommend? Or any solution you can recommend will be much appreciated. I was 100% sure the client was going to like it but as usual, you never know what they are going to change…

I have built my site and I am noticing some small problems with Internet Explorer vs Firefox.

1. My blog posts look great in Firefox, but in IE the pictures seem to go outside of their bounding boxes.

2. My breadcrumb links at the top of the page look like they are diving under the header, once again only of IE.

3. On both when you click on the blog page, which for me is titled Articles, the breadcrumbs disappear… It just says “You Are Here:”
