I saw above you you said video could be inserted into the home page slier but it would need to be customized. Does that mean I can just place the vimeo embed code into the slider builder or is it more custom programming than that?

Depends on the slider. The moover slider can simply use the video embed code. The onebyone slider is a little different.

Hi, I found several comments here questioning how to get rid of the text “Stay connected with us in your favorite flavor!” in the social media bar. 2 months ago you said there would be an option in the theme admin in the next update. The second I updated and installed the theme I found that my Visual Options when adding a post are completely gone making it impossible to add pages or edit the onebyone slider

Same problem here, I cant get even started because I cant load the sample pages, I get have fun message but there is no pages! submitted a ticket! Installed also previous version but that did not help. and I´m in a hurry!! has anyone gotten them to work!??

Hi – the “services” shortcode (services#2) isn’t working properly. All of the tabs are filled in and tab 1 shows. BUt when I click another Tab there is nothing there and when I try to click back to tab 1 it disappears.

First of all, kudos on the theme!

Now, for my first issue. ;) Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page 8 (no slider) When I go to the Icons area and try to select an icon image it pops the From Computer/Gallery window, assuming I know where the icons files are… I don’t. Where are they? I read the forum and realized you now give the opportunity to replace the icons with our own. That’s cool. But I like the original ones, where are they? I even had the idea that you had made available the .psd files as well. I am wrong?

(More. I have the two circles, the animation works fine, but the inside pic is missing and the url that I wrote in the icon area is replaced by the page url…)

The original icons are still included, they are in “construct > images > features” But all those icons are from iconsweets2 pack as well, which is free for download. http://www.iconsweets2.com/

I’ve already worked on some of them in photoshop and managed to replace the icon pics in the home page. But I’m still having the url problem. I specifically write the url in the icon’s url area and it still replaces it by the main site url… Any thoughts on this?

Guys, I’ve already placed a ticket. And you were quicker than the others guys in replying that I should place a ticket… You might as well given me the answer to my problem… :D

Somehow these external forums never seem to work quite right. I’ve had these same issues with other forums/themes/designers as well.

For instance, I don’t even recall my ticket ID (since I’m out of my office and can’t read the forum e-mail confirmation) and I can’t find my ticket by searching for it online… bummer…

Couldn’t you be so kind and assume this forum here works best?

You guys are awesome. I had the best experience working with you.

1) Customer service was excellent – tickets were handled within reasonable time considering all the volume you must already deal with…and it was helpful (at times they would go in for me and fix an issues-wow!) 2) Had no REAL issues installing/customizing the theme – only minor; and I have very minimal programming skills. Plugging in the demo content was key and always referring to it when building out your own pages will keep you from going crazy.

Is it possible to change the background of the website? For example, the white background, into a background with a texture?

I like this wp theme, and the design and layout, and want to purchase it. But i wanna make sure that i can change the backgroud before i make a purchase.

There is not a theme option for a texture though, you would need to use a background image. We can assist you with that.
