Hi, Contruct Team,

I submitted ticket yesterday, but I am not able to access ticket today. http://squidix.com/clients/viewticket.php?tid=473602&c=1lqGSEZz It shows cannot connect to squidix server.

The issue I submitted is: For the home page 1 option, on iphone, the top menu is disappeared. Is something I set wrong? Can you response here?

Still waiting to hear an ETA on my Issue, sent an Email to you support email and got an instant system generated response saying another ticket had been created.

The ticket system appears to be up, but as far as I can tell nothing has been done yet.

Hi, I can’t seem to find the shortcodes for:

(1) Columns (2) Testimonials (non-sidebar) i.e. options #1 – #4 (3) Team (non-sidebar) i.e. options #1 – #4

Can’t seem to re-create any of these on standard pages.

Hi monique, the ticket system was down but we have replied to all tickets now. Its back up.

the top menu changes to a single dropdown field on smaller screens, that is normal. If you do not like that, then turn off responsiveness in the theme options.

Since my initial problems with these theme, I have been following the comments raised here thinking that it may have been me who was the cause of the theme not working. Sadly a lot of people are experiencing the same issues as I have had.

It seems this theme has been rushed out without proper testing and the support given so far, to me, has been very patronizing and I have been led to believe, wrongly, that some of the faults lie with WordPress and the way it works. This, simply, is incorrect as I have purchased dozens of themes from here as well as elsewhere and NEVER had I had the experience of dealing with a support issue in such a way as I have been here.

Having said that, the design is very good, but what use is this if the most simplest things and functionalities of the the theme do not work as intended.

This theme has great potential for being a best-seller if only the developers would be open, honest and transparent. Most of the issues that are being raised are asked to be dealt in a private support ticket which is really not the way it should be as potential solutions could help others who are facing the same issues.

This theme and its functionality is not explained in detail in the documentation, the demo xml file does not work properly and when it does, I had to re-install WP three times and try three different ways to install the demo file and when it did install, I saw some of the pages had scripts and codes which were not explained in the documentation at all.

The amount of time and energy wasted in dealing with what should have been a a theme with responsive support has not materialised and in my case I purchased a different theme for the current project and am intending to purchase another 6 or 7 more themes for different projects. Sadly your theme has not lived to the basic expectations and really should not justify the price it has been set as.

I really hope the developers listen to all these comments here and get all these problems sorted out quickly so this theme can hopefully be one of the best here. I will continue to follow the comments and hopefully purchase again if required for another appropriate project. All the best.

As @JoyRide2012 has eloquently commented: “I feel like an unpaid beta tester, but it’s actually worse because I’m paying to test YOUR product. That is just wrong…” This is EXACTLY how I feel.

A lot of the comments you posted here are simply untrue. For example, the XML does work, if you had to reinstall 3 times then I’m sorry but you just dont know how to do it. But that is why we are here to help you.

And saying the simplest of things dont work is also untrue. I really dont mean this to be rude, but making comments like that requires us to debate them. From your other comments and support tickets, its obvious that everyones level of expertise is different.

We choose to use a ticket system and we respond to each and every request that comes in. Lots of authors on themeforest use a ticket system, answering support in comments is just not practical. We are setting up a forum and it will be ready soon, we will post and let everyone know when that time comes.

I’ve also had lots of issues with this theme. Themeforest should do the right thing and issue refunds to purchasers, or at least offer a huge discount. A $45 purchase should really work out of the box, as there are loads of decent FREE themes out there.

Which slider? Most of them are drag and drop or simply easy image selection form wp admin. Sliders are easy to use. The onebyone slider is a little more advanced but it comes with the documentation from the author.

I purchased theme and was pretty disapointed at the documentation. I find myself lost while figuring out how to add the different elements from your theme demo. The documentation is basic and really doesn’t include how to accomplish adding different style elements to pages, posts etc.

I hope you can setup the support forum soon so all of us who have purchased the theme can at least have access to how other users are resolving issues or the responses from your team to issues encountered. That will be a step in the right direction.

as for the theme it is nice, but really need to beef up the documentation a lot. Please let us know when the support forum will be ready. Here is an excellent option you can host yourself http://vanillaforums.org/

Please answer this question as soon as possible. We have been to ask this question 4 days ago. For home page 1 on iphone, The menu is disappeared and there is no Dropdown list there neither.

I thought you meant the menu disappear only leaving the dropdown. If the dropdown disappears then somethings is wrong. Please fill out a support ticket. We have responded to all support tickets that we received.

We are lookng into it. Can you please provide us with the other 2 ticket numbers? We have responded to each and everyone that has come in so we’re curious how this happened. But we would need to see the ticket numbers to back track them, and see what happened.

Also, have you checked your spam folder? Its very possible your email has filtered out our responses. This has not happened to us so we would like to figure out the issue. Please send us the other 2 ticket ID’s and also check your spam folder please. I know for a fact that we replied to one of them, we noted that in a comment awhile back.
