Thank you! No the theme is non functional. Well, apart from the slider. It is just meant to act as a design template for the buyer to code his own petiton system. Maybe in a later iteration i’ll make the signing form and signing list functional with automatical counting and updating. For it is my first item on themeforest I was afraid to put too much work in it but than it might get rejected.
Would have been nice to know it was none functional before I purchased this.
I’m very sorry if there was a misunderstanding about this but in my understanding a theme is not a final website. Also the live preview shows that there is no functionality and I wrote down what real functionality there is: The slider and the character counter. Again I’m very sorry about that misunderstanding.
In the future I will be more specific in my discriptions!
I will pick this up if the functional list of signers was part of this theme. bookmarking for later
I like it and dont really care if it refreshes the list, but can you make a php for the form atleast

At the moment we are quite busy with some other stuff, but building the functionality of the forms and the signers list is part of our future updating intentions with ContraPet!

I have a question. Does this purchase include PSD ’s (for the background, buttons etc…)?
It includes one well organized and multi-layered PSD of the whole design. You can get a glimpse of it when you view the screenshots.
This template is alittle misleading. I think if you were to create a template such as this it should be completely functional, i.e., the user info should automatically list in the form.
Otherwise, it should be BOLDED on your description that it is not a functioning template.

I made it bold and also wrote a short note in the top section of the theme’s description. I hope possible misunderstandings are now minimized.
I also purchased assuming that the form was functional as EVERY other theme I have purchased here has had at least a functional form.
Nonetheless, can you please send me the code for the slider with the video that is shown in the online live demo but not part of the purchased product.
I’m sorry if you assumed something different than you got to download – but the non existing functionality is more than clearly stated in the description!

I agree with JKD … there seems to be some interest in this theme. Why not make it fully functional and charge more? I would be a customer as well.

It’s a theme, a template. Not a CMS , not a complete website. If you have no use for it just don’t buy it. At least I am completely honest about what this theme offers!
But if you’re not familiar with any petition script nobody knows – even you – if your template fits at all, regardless to which script.
You should be able to tell at least one petition script that fits perfectly.
You need to make this functional.
