just purchased the theme today and it’s very cool. a few issues/questions:
1. when you first click the “portfolio” tab, it appears that it wants to load an image, but nothing happens
2. how do you get thumbs to show on the post links on the right? all i get are arrows.
please advise.

A : You need to add name : BG_image and value : full path of the image for portfolio part, to your posts. I will update the help doc as soon as possible.
thanks, this solves the issue of the thumbs on the right, however, still have the issue of when you click the “portfolio” menu item, it appears as if an image wants to load, yet doesn’t.

I can’t seem to get the video background to work, have tried all variations in settings with .flv at the end without. All videos uploaded to .fla folder
Image background doesn’t work either, unless 001.css is manually edited. Not sure why. Thanks for any help. Editing font colors does work

Hi flashfan10, as you said “larger” flvs it will take time to load. Also its up to your connection speed, i prefer you to use a flv loops as i do in preview. So it will be work with best performance. Thanks for purchasing also!
I got the larger flvs to load but they are heavily zoomed in. Is there any way to change that while retaining the 100% size? Right now the top of my videos is cutoff.

Hi mia1rab, Its becouse of the permalinks you use. Now open the file js/functions.js in theme folder. Find the line 141, change the wp-content/themes/contrast/load_background.php value with; http://www.your_domain_here.com/wp-content/themes/contrast/load_background.php.

Sure, just write what you want to category name.

i cant seem to get the portfolio section to work correctly
i create a post under portfolio category. upload image.
add image under custom field as
BG_image – full path
also tried
BG_type – img
BG_vale – full path
i’ve also amended js/functions.js in theme folder. Find the line 141, change the wp-content/themes/contrast/load_background.php value with; http://www.your_domain_here.com/wp-content/themes/contrast/load_background.php.
Nothing appears in the thumbs cache either even though its at 777 chmod.

Hello, I got the thumbnails to work by entering /wp-.......picture.jpg instead of the full domain at the start.
The portfolio javascript though doenst work sill.
I see only thumbnail. I can’t see the portfolio BG.

for portfolio image though path had to be /wp-content/.....
without the first / or with the www.website.com it didnt load/work.
