When something breaks, I uninstall theme, reinstall, import data again, and start over. If you delete his picture, upload into media library and rename your files to the same as the files in media images that are downloaded with the contrast-sample-data you can avoid having to delete his files all the time, you can’t change the names of his files because you’ll get an error for changing meta data. Go to plugins, and install better delete revision from widgets if you get not enough memory error.

Don’t ask me how to use the revisions, I haven’t found out. WP help threads are scary to me.

1: I’ve checked the mobile version of the test site on an iPhone and the menu on the left hinders the content of the page that is loaded. Is there a fix for this? 2: on the iPhone, the content of the loaded page is often larger than the screen and doesn’t appear to be the ability to scroll from side to side to read the full content of page. Benderrodrigez: I would advise turning on side bar and finding the advanced drop down menu in plugins until the problem is solved, I had this problem but after reinstalling it a few times, it went away. I believe that the problem can be fixed by choosing layout 2 in contrast settings?

Also, your opening page is a bit digitized and slow and I have 20mb of speed DSL , have you thought about reducing your resolution size? Or making your video with www.screenr.com so that it will be compressed into a MP4 format? I have yet to change my flash video from 1920×1280 because Hostable.com froze my IP address , but when I can I plan on using something smaller. www.canyonwalldesign.com

PS. When I switched to WordPress 4.3 my sidebar, and Contrast Settings disappeared. Anyone have that problem? Has anyone figured out how to get the paged to work? Do I make each post have a featured image?

Love the theme but I’m having one issue with it.

When I installed the theme at www.matthewstanton.net everything worked fine. Very fast, sleek, responsive. Now it can take a good twenty seconds to load any page. It’s not downloading large video clips, it just says “waiting for matthewstanton.net”.

I thought it might have been a server issue, but I checked with my hosting company and all is well on that front. So I switched to a different theme that came preinstalled with Wordpress and the site was lightning fast again. Came up within a second. I switched back to Contrast and boom, things were loading quickly again.

Several days pass and my site is back to twenty second load times. This seems to be resolved by switching to another theme and switching back to Contrast but that is something I don’t want to be doing every other day, nor do I want my site to take twenty seconds to load.

Could you please provide some insight? Thanks.
