+1 more@altinkum – I’m assuming you’re meaning the post image? If so, the process on that is you upload it and drop the absolute path into a custom field for each post, It’s super simple!

Maximus, is there a way of having the theme crop the image to 200×200 rather than resizing it when throwing the absolute path to the custom field post-img?

+1 more@yaqui – Yes, WordPress has this ability built in. In WP Admin under the ‘Settings’ tab, click on the ‘Media’ link. Then Change the thumbnail size to 200×200, then use the thumb as the image to link to in the custom field.

@Maximus: my blog is using the_excerpt for showing posts thumbnail, and my excerpts contains full images html code (< img src….), and now I would like to know if there is any way to show the excerpt (I mean posts thumb) in Related Posts and Popular Posts boxes after every single article… Do you have any ideas about this? Or it will be much easier to update custom fields for each article? Thank you
