Converse - Premium Magazine Theme

Hey Chris, amazing theme.. I’m almost ready to purchase it, a few questions for ya first, though.

Is there a way to have the slide bar with just the images randomly rotating w/ arrows, and without the preview posts in the slide bar? And if so, am I able to use different arrow buttons? I don’t like those used and want something cleaner. Would I also be able to change the arrow buttons for the posts as well?

Is there a way to make the background an advertisement? Like this for example: http://www.xxlmag.com/

Also, am I able to put ads in the sidebars as well?

I can’t wait to have these questions answered so that I can carry out with my purchase and get to adding content!

1) To have multiple authors on the blog, is a plug-in required or something to do in the admin?

2) Following that, I see there is an About The Author box, but my question before was if there was a way to put “posted by _” below the post title. I see that in most blogs and so I’m sure it’s standard I’m just unsure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
