Hello: I have left a message on the Message board, but have not got a solution. Anyone else have an issue with the “Visual editor” not showing up. The text editor is showing the content but no visual editor. Also in Visual Composer, the Visual editor is not working. Any solutions to this problem? We disabled the plugins and no luck. Client is looking for a solution. HELP!

I did open a ticket a WEEK ago and the reply I got was a new version of Visual Composer. That did not fix it. I need you to login and look and see how to fix the visual mode so my client can blog or make a new page. Please look for my open ticket and look the site over.

Fixed the problem myself. Visual Composer needs to be updated to 4.9.1

I purchased my own version through CodeCanyon. Your version is OLD and not working with my website.
