You are correct! I had missed that.
The shortlink does not show at all for me in
Chrome or FF, It’s no biggie for me and is easily fixed I bet.
I have checked any content blocker, no scripts, adblocks etc,
all were allowed, then I turned them of completely and
reloaded the page and still it was missing.
It was disabled for a while to not confuse users, but as I can see it was confusing

Very nice theme, thanks! Just bought it, and now I’m playing around with the installation. You chose exactly the right set of parameters, good work.
I’m not sure if everything is already totally stable … for example I am currently playing around with uploading my Logo Image. Not really sure, wich size is the maximum size that is accepted. And while using bigger and bigger images, sometimes, they get shown on the website, and sometimes they don’t. Also seems to be related to the style that you choose.
What is the default size of the Logo?

I’ve tested it for a couple of days before submiting here, I’m really sorry for any bugs you’ll find, it’s quite complex theme and some might slip through.. I’m working now hard on fixing every reported issue and new update should be available really soon (tomorrow I hope). I hope it won’t ruin your good your experience. There’s no default size for logo, you should be able to put there almost anything, I’ll check that problem also.

Don’t worry, it won’t ruin the experience … everything works quite well, so far.
FYI : I was using PNGs. Didn’t try different formats, yet, but need the transparency. (So I guess only gif or tiff would be an option.) The problems seem to appear as soon as the pic reaches too far into the right part of the site. The “recipe area”.

As for the logo upload, it’s fixed now. For best visual effect it shouldn’t be higher than ~130px
the description box on the Codaslider is a bit wonky, as Punkstar69 points out. the first slide is fine, and then the box moves progressively downwards and almost completely out of the slider window when you reach the last slide. i have screenshots, if it would help you at all…
i know there’s always bugs, but i’m confident that you’ll get them taken care of. it’s still a great theme, and the exact one i was looking for!

Very good theme in word press. I have 2 questions before purchase the theme. 1) Is that possible keep the Socialize widget at right or left side inside of bottam. 2) Is that possible to change the widget view of Socialize like, i want to show how many followups in Facebook instead of just Facebook button ? 3) Can I hide the Change design widget in the website and control the design change from Admin login ? That means the only Admin should change the design, not by users. 4) Can I hide the Slider at Home page ?

1) You mean in content of post? It would require small change, but I can assist with that. 2) Like before, small change in code, I’ll help you with that. 3) Of course!, it’s just for Live Preview to see other designs before purchase, it’s not even included in package, there’s only option in Admin Panel to set one of 4 styles. 4) Not as an option, bus small modification in code will do. Only thing is it will stay as a blank space, it won’t be possible to resize content of page to that area without bigger modification.

Additionally, when I see the full posts, there are many recipes. But each will have its own view. I mean different design. Does that mean all views are possible and I can select any one of design for my recipe post ?
Yes, when you’re creating recipe you can choose one from 4 designs, and change it any time you want.
+1 on dzulfriday’s and sviauld’s proposals to allow users posting recipes… I’ll buy the theme if you add the feature!

- google analytics code can be added via this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/ (it offers a lot more than simple option in theme)
- You can change fonts in Options Panel, I can help with adding more fonts if default won’t be enough
- no, sorry, it wouldn’t work well with that design

I just downloaded the updated version. But with this version I cannot add new ingredients. I push the “add new ingredient” button, but nothing happens. I’ve tried both Safari, Chrome and Firefox in OSX , but it doesn’t work for any for these. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Hi I’m having trouble uploading a new logo. It just doesn’t show up on the site even though in the wp backend it I’ve uploaded and inserted it and it show up in the ‘Logo Space’ in the Cooking Press settings, has anyone else had the same problem or do you know a solution?

It sometimes happen that uploaded logo will show with 0px height and width, in that case Save options once again, it should refresh with proper values.

Also, I’ve resized the Coda slider once tow 200px high, but now I can’t make it any larger again, it’s stuck at 200px?

Be sure that you have the latest version (if you bought it earlier than yesterday you probably don’t have the latest, then just go to Downloads tab and download it again).
Here is another screencast how slider works http://www.screenr.com/DJ88 please check it. If it still will be problem, I’d need probably to check your wp-admin if everything is correct there.
