You specified that this template is Compatible with Browsers IE8, IE9, IE10 but it doesn’t work on any one of them.

Please ask themeforest for refund we do not have refund access. Also why you did not check from your browser before buy? We had gave support for IE8 to latest version and in our view everything is ok there as I said you in my previous comment.

Also filled the template in Firefox which looked Ok but in IE 8,9 it Looks no Good. Only IE 10 looks Ok.
So it’s not IE 8 and 9 compatible, it just drops al the content to the left of the page. Support mail said it was good but online testing showed it wasn’t good. No support or Fix so far….
iPad in ‘portrait’ view also look poor resolution not supported ;-( In landscape it’s Ok
Hi, Thanks for reporting. I also hear it from support team. Its may be we missed for IE version. In our office everything is fine here so our Qc team missed it. May be its for older IE8 and IE9 version. But do not worry we are giving support modernizer to solve this issue in next update.

Hi Themerox, I also wanted to report a problem with the theme in IE 10. I am using the according class to contain copy and in IE, and all of the text in the collapsed toggle heading is visible and overlapping. Let me know if you’d like a screenshot. Thanks, Josh

Download and install this plugin to fix it. http://helix.joomshaper.com/downloads/11-helix-system-plugin/download Its for server version problem. Just install the plugin as regular joomla extension installation. It will be fine.

Hi, The testimonials page is not working as expected. When the page is viewed from mobile. The text goes under the pictures and looks scrambled. You can see this alse in the default template at themeforest. Can you provide a fix for this please?

Thx … that worked so far, but we have some differences between the animations of the slider. In IE it only slides from right to left and left to right depending on the direction i click the arrows. In Firefox the behavior is an other. There it flys in from the side with very smooth moves. Do you have a clue what could solve this ?
Animation will not work for IE8 as the total animation powered by css3 and IE8 do not support it but it will just work as carousel slider. We had made static for IE8.
I´m trying to use the Portfolio part of the template, but i´m not able to find out how to use it. Any tips?
Go to the article manager and search with this “Product Showcase” go into the article you will find everything. You can check the menu and then you will find all the settings in article for portfolio. Thanks

As you mentioned after using this code it works in IE but hover effect should not work, this is unethical why you have not mentioned this while purchasing (themeforest.com must own this responsibility ). I am layman I dont know about programming thats why I decided to use ready made theme. If theme wont work as you show on themeforest.com then why should I paying you.
I want theme should be working on IE as well as hover effect should work. Let me know your feedback I have to go live.
